Poor service and communication

Still have not received the product after 25 days. And the tracking number and link takes me to a useless site with no English communication .

Shipping to South Africa can take longer than to other destinations due to customs clearance and local delivery processing.

comfortable way to stretch neck

The device is a comfortable way to stretch my neck but only the heating function works. I can not get the vibration function to work. I also turned off the voice because is was very loud and now I am unable to turn it back on.

Lousy piece of plastic. It made my neck issues worse. Threw it into the trash.
