I didn't receive it for about 6 weeks. I paid for rush shipping. I reached out twice for a refund for my $20 shipping fee, but no one got back to me.

Terrible. I have sent many emails and tried to communicate with your company. I wanted to return both of the items. I was charged for two separate items. I only ordered one now I’m stuck with these items.

Great product. It really help me de compress my neck.

The product for neck and should pain was cheaply made and I couldn’t try it fully because of the draconian return policy. Customer service was awful and when we did finally figure out how to return it we got docked $100 for this poorly made product that we were not able to fully try because of your horrible return policy. Frankly, it felt like a rip off. The little we were able to try it was scary and made my neck worse.

We were repeatedly discouraged via chat from trying to return, but we returned anyway without knowing whether or not we would get anything back. We lost more than the $100 because of the high return shipping.

The whole experience was really awful and it feels like the company is committing scams. I don’t see any negative reviews on the website and I know without a doubt that there are others like me who had horrible experiences. This is not an ethical company.

No instructions, it's unusable, of poor quality and I really can't even get it to fit under my chin.

all this tools are toys, really I am not having any results. I wish to safe this money for a better.

The unit does not heat. Cannot use. Happened after warranty ran out.

Quick order and shipping processing. No issues so far.

They sell medical equipment on their website you can find on Amazon or Ebay for 50% the price. They claim their products are their own, but the truth of the matter is that they sell cheap chinese knockoffs of American products. The US size chart they have is all wrong, as a Lg on their website translates to a Sm in US size.
And like any Scam company, they have nifty little clauses in their user agreement that enables them to deny you any refund whatsoever, even with a defective product, the moment you open the package to inspect the product for defects.
Had to force a dispute through Paypal. Halipax refunded 40% of my total purchase price AFTER making me spend an additional $40 to ship the item back to China, and then lied to Paypal claiming it was the amount I'd agreed to receiving.

Very comforting on the eye, with the heat on particularly. Difficult to work and control in the EM mode which is why only 4 stars. It's hard to establish a contact so I could only get an intermittent pulse and only on the max setting.

Fast and efficient checkout once items to order were determined. Unfortunately cannot add items to cart and then check out later once full research has been completed as only has a 10/15mins window, so it means multiple visits
