Beware of these guys.

We were buying a house through them (Ashwood, Bowdon)- unfortunately they did not inform us when their client had disclosed they wanted to pull out of the sale.

They continued to string us along that everything was fine, at which point we had paid for solicitors and survey costs before they told us that the seller had decided to pull out of the chain. As it turned out, Hale Homes had been informed of their sellers intentions many weeks prior.

The dishonesty meant we missed out on primary school applications for our son, and set us back by several months as the process had been well underway at this stage.

Had they been candid, we would have held off from paying fees to Surveyors etc, and could have started searching for new properties and arranging viewings.

Our experience of Hale Homes was EXCELLENT in every way. The house took a while to sell during the difficult year of 2023.
The staff, particularly Jackie, could not have worked harder to progress the sale. I have worked with many different estate agents over the years and this one stands out by a mile.
The staff are personable, dedicated and responsive. I would recommend anyone selling in the area they cover to use this agency!
