In Nov. I ordered Hale's Pear Medley as 5 gifts. They were to be delivered the week of Dec. 11. Two were sent that week, but the remainder were sent out the following week. Luckily nobody was traveling that week before Christmas, so were home to receive the pears. Delivery could have been a problem, however reviews from my friends about the pears were good.
The red pears had zero flavor. Very disappointing. The other pears have been very sweet

This assortment was sent to my step-father, who loves pears! He was thrilled to receive such a beautiful assortment this Christmas.
Very tasty, and was nice to have an assortment of different fruits that are not normally available in our stores.

I think this might be my 2nd post on this. The pears arrived overripe and actually rotten in some cases. We threw them away
