I completed Hajj 2026 Alhamdulillah with Haleema Limited and cannot emphasise enough on how amazing and professional the entire process was with them. Please book through Haleema, you will not be disappointed.

From the start, Khurram and the Haleema team were professional and responded to my queries with patience as I had many questions, which were met with calmness and detailed responses which cleared up my questions.

The team helped with obtaining a Pakistani passport & the visa, which went by all smooth. I was kept up to date with all information prior to our departure.

We had a seminar prior to our travel and this was a lovely experience as I was a solo traveller for Hajj, it gave me a chance to meet others and feel at ease prior to reaching Saudi. We were welcomed by the amazing Shaykh Zubair who is an asset to the team as he is very approachable. Shaykh completed the seminar in an engaging manner and at the end, Haleema had organised a 3-course meal which was unexpected but a lovely gesture. Haleema provided us with items required for Hajj.

I went on the 18 day non-shifting package with full board. In Makkah, I realised how important it is to have a non-shifting package to allow you to relax and focus on your prayers and time there, rather than it being full of constant travelling and living from a suitcase. We were in Makkah for 14 days (including the hajj days when we are at Mina), please choose a non-shifting package, it makes the experience so much more relaxed. We stayed in Madinah for 4 days following the end of Hajj.

Makkah hotel was beyond what I expected, we were less than 10 minutes from the Haram and the food, rooms, comfort of the beds and amenities at the hotel was exceptional. We were provided 3 fresh daily meals full of variety, so everyone had something to satisfy their palate. The hotel staff were friendly and the support staff of Haleema were available for help at anytime.

The camps at Mina were at zone 1, Maktab A and these were luxurious and comfortable. They were to a very high UK standard and again exceeded my expectations. The camps had everything required. We had foot massages & massage chairs which really help with recovery along with plenty of refreshments and snacks.

The entire days of Hajj were amazing and the team kept us up to date with any latest developments especially timings on coaches as we had private coaches which meant greater control on our timetable. Haleema gave a beautiful surprise on the day of Arafah which was whole fresh lambs roasted for us to enjoy as a celebration for the day of Hajj.

The entire trip from start to finish was a beautiful and blessed journey & I am grateful I managed to perform my Hajj with Haleema taking care of the logistics.

I would like to thank Khurram, Shaykh Zubair and the Haleema team for all their efforts, support, hard work and passion. They do not see this as a business but as a duty to ensure the rights and experience of the Hujjaj are not compromised. Their caring nature is apparent while being in their company for 18 days. The logistics of Hajj are of such a great magnitude is not easy and when you are present and see this for yourself, you will realise just how much work goes on behind the scenes to make life easy for us Hujjaj.

Everyone in the group was lovely, kind, helpful and there for each other and this stems from the fact that Haleema and its set-up allowed us to focus on what we are actually there for and our ibadah without us worrying or us encountering issues which could then cause a knock on negative effect in the group.

Before our departure from Madinah back to the UK, The Haleema team took us out to a restaurant for a farewell meal, which is not something that they had to do but it was done from their own kindness.

I will be using Haleema for Hajj 2027 In Sha Allah as I aim to return and complete a Hajj on behalf of my late beloved wife and the process has started with them. I have recommended Haleema to others, who will be travelling with Haleema for Hajj 2027 also.

I recommend others to go through Haleema via the Pakistani passport route as you avoid the uncertainty over visa issues and can unreservedly recommend Haleema Travels for delivering an experience that is spiritually heartening, well organised and truly memorable.

Haleema ensures the quality of service, hotels, food, transport and entire package is to a very high UK standard and as the saying goes, ‘you get what you pay for’ and a few friends of mine who went with other providers realised this the hard way unfortunately, as their experience for Hajj 2026 was cheaper but it was full of constant issues which affected their overall experience sadly.

Our Hajj 2026 experience with Haleema Travels was truly one of the most memorable and rewarding journeys of our lives. From the very beginning, we felt looked after and supported every step of the way. The hotels were all exceptionally clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the Haram, making the experience so much easier, especially after long days of worship and walking. The staff were brilliant, and the food provided three times a day was always tasty, varied and something we genuinely looked forward to. The transport arrangements were excellent too, with comfortable air-conditioned coaches allowing us to rest between locations. What stood out most, however, was the care shown by the organisers. The Haleema Travels team were always present, approachable and genuinely looking out for every single person in the group. Their leadership kept us together throughout the journey and created such a beautiful atmosphere that by the end it truly felt like we had become one big family.

The little touches made all the difference and elevated the whole experience beyond anything we expected. The Maktab A VIP service was fantastic, with access throughout the day to top quality food, drinks and ice creams, alongside foot spas and massage chairs that were a blessing after the amount of walking involved during Hajj. Haleema Travels also organised wonderful ziyarahs and treated the group to a lovely meal at a restaurant on our final day together, which was a perfect way to reflect on everything we had shared. This journey will remain with us forever as a collection of memories filled with joy, laughter, emotion, miracles and personal transformation. Speaking to others who travelled through the British route, we realised just how smooth our experience had been in comparison. Our Mina tent was only around a ten-minute walk from Jamarat, whereas some friends were walking for over an hour each way. We also avoided the stress and uncertainty surrounding visa allocations. For anyone considering Hajj in the future, I would strongly recommend looking into the non-British route and can wholeheartedly recommend Haleema Travels for delivering an experience that was spiritually uplifting, exceptionally well organised and truly unforgettable.

In Madinah, Brother Abdul Basit provided exceptional service. He checked in with us daily, ensured all our needs were met, organised a tour of Madinah, and assisted us with purchasing dates to bring back to the UK. He was always accessible, quick to respond and consistently helpful, making our stay comfortable and well organised.

Umrah is a significant spiritual journey, and having a team that understands its importance makes all the difference. We are grateful for the level of service and would confidently recommend this agency to others planning their pilgrimage.

My husband and I travelled with Haleema travels for our Hajj this year. We were both very impressed with the amount of planning that had gone into the travel arrangegements, transport, food and accommodation as well as the guided parts of the tour during Hajj. It was apparent that all aspects of the trip were well thought out and planned with the hujjaaj in mind. The whole trip was well organised, seamless and completely worry free. Someone was always on hand to help and support whenever we had any query big or small. Maulana Saab was also on had to answer any Islamic Fiqh queries and without any hesitation or hassle. We would highly recommend travelling with Haleema travels for Hajj or Umrah. Our hotels were close by to the Haram Shareef in Makkah and Madinah, within walking distance and the Mina camps close to the Jamaraat.
The only slight improvement I would recommend is having a schedule for the first day, ie knowing the time to pray, have lunch and when we were due to set out for our first Umrah on the first day, to possibly have it on the itinerary so we knew what to expect.
Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended to travel with Haleema travels. Alhamdulillah for the opportunity. I have nothing but praise for the Haleema team for being accomodating to all of our needs sufficiently.

Professional Yet Friendly, Family-Like Service

Haleema Travel completely changed my perspective on services in Luton. I explored various local and national options for an Umrah package, spent two hours testing Booking.com, and even reached out to friends who had recently visited Saudi Arabia.
Haleema Travel not only offered a package that was more affordable than my budget, but it also included hotel accommodation, transportation, and visits to local pilgrimage sites (ziarat: زيارات, pilgrimages to holy sites).

The best part of the experience came when they upgraded my 3-star hotel to a 4-star one at no extra cost, as a room in Madinah wasn’t ready upon our arrival. With just a single WhatsApp message, Mr. Arsalan promptly booked another hotel free of charge. This quick action meant the world to me, especially since the elderly people traveling with me were in urgent need of rest.

The local transportation arranged by Haleema Travel was excellent as well, featuring an 8-seater, air-conditioned van with friendly and knowledgeable drivers.

Last year, my wife used Haleema Travel to secure an emergency flight to Pakistan. Once again, their advice and pricing were unbeatable, both locally and nationally.

I highly recommend visiting or chatting with them before booking any travel, anywhere in the world. I’m still not sure how they manage to provide such outstanding service—truly blessed!
