You placed your order on 18 April, and we were able to dispatch it well within our stated 2–3 week lead time. Once an order leaves our premises, it is handled entirely by Royal Mail. If you have still not received your parcel, this would indicate an issue with Royal Mail rather than with Halbro. We would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve this matter directly via email, as receiving a 3‑star review without prior contact can unnecessarily impact our reputation.
