The pants stink

The pants stink! The smell like chemicals and shit! I have washed them several times and tryed everything but they stink so bad. When writing customer service they write me back in German and keep asking them to write in Swedish or English couse I don’t understand German but they keep answering in German. Tryed to use the app to return but the return cost is so high that it’s almost the actual cost of the pants!! Halara used to be good but now it’s not. Don’t buy these pants, you will smell like shit and have chemicals against your skin and you won’t be able to return couse the cost is so high it’s not worth it.

Delivery Service

In today’s world, parcel delivery is usually very fast. Even without paying for express shipping or any premium service, most deliveries arrive within 4–5 days. However, with Halara, if you don’t choose the fast delivery option, it can take nearly 4 weeks to receive your parcel.

I still haven’t received my product yet, and honestly, I’m already dissatisfied with their delivery service.

Bad customer policy and service, expensive product, not a good quality

So because you were unable to provide me with the correct return label (so problem on your end) I had to pay additionally for shipping (13 eur) and send it in my own arrangement.
So before that you already deducted shipping fee from my refund (cca 7 eur) so the conclusion is that I was punished for just trying your product for the first time.
As a result of an already not very pleasant experience with your brand/product (not having pants that I need/want + hassle of returning it with lots of confusing instructions) you took from me 20 eur for shipping there and back.
Result=no pants and - 20 eur.
So yeah, you punished me for trying your product. Halara=unpleasant experience + money grabbing + not respecting your customers= no trust.
"Halara" means "relaxed," "chill," or "take it easy," so yeah, you are very relaxed with your customer's money and time.
You can't please everyone with your product, right, but you can still do the right thing (in this case you decided not to do the right thing).
Your products are not cheap, this fabric was unpleasant, customer policy is bad, your reputation is on shaky legs - yeah, you are off to a bright future.
No, I'm not buying anything from you ever again.
Thanks for taking my money for nothing.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive. Pants are really comfortable tall option if you are 173 cm

My order took 3 weeks to arrive. The pants/ jeans are really comfortabel.I am 1,73 cm 60 kilos and TALL medium fit perfect. The m size sleeveless tops I am not keeping- hole under arms too big . S would have been better choice? ( m ws quite roomy) but not sure if the hole under armpit would be smaller as well. To retrurn: option 1 :to send back to Halara(I pay postage to German address( I live in Germany) and get full refund or option 2 :keep the tops and can buy something else in the next three months for that amount. I chose option 2 and will resell the tops on Vinted. (In the returnprocess by email you have to add pictures of the items you want to return even if nothing is wrong with them)

Terrible return policy

The clothes are nice and for a fair price once discounted (which is almost always), however I will not reorder anything before they improve their returns policy. I fit between their sizes and so some articles didn’t fit me. To return them, I had to go through a long process with support who tried to refund me a smaller amount than was the price of the items, and I had to pay shipping, even though Halara states on their web that return is free for first time customers.

Avoid this company at all cost

Please avoid this company, I’ve tried to return goods to the value of £70, they will not give me the return address. So I’m stuck with 2 pairs of trousers that are of no use to me, so people be warned, they are a scam company

This company is awful

This company is awful. I ordered 3 items from them that were of subpar quality , they offered me a gift card for my disappointment I just tried using it and the gift card won’t work. I would advise to never order from this company, very bad service.
