Customer service don't reply to emails. Receiving an order through DHL that was delayed, and all ice pack were melted. The meat up to warm temperature.
I have tried to communicate with Haloodies and ask about this problem, sending photos and try to get at least some contact with the company. No reply whasoever.
I am unsure to order again if they are having so much issues that not customer service exist.

This is the first time ive ordered from them and never again. There is no contact number to contact them which is a poor mechanism for customer service. My order has still not been recieved 4 hours after the slot. I managed to get a call back from Waleed after sending a email and he said he would look into this. After waiting and waiting I sent a message and no reply. Then 2 phone calls which were ignored. This to me is absolutely disgusting customer relations and in no way whatsoever would I ever order here again. I hope they get as far in business as they treat their customers. My Friday after Jummah has been spent chasing Waleed, DPD and Flostream to try and recieve my delivery. In no way was Waleed responsible enough to make contact or take ownership of this as a company to resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Placed an order on the 11th to be delivered on the 17th. On the 16th I received an email to say parcel was on its way. On the 17th I didn't hear anything from the courier so checked tracking, it showed they hadn't even recieved the package.

I contacted haloodies, but was initially fobbed off. Then one person told me the parcel hadn't been collected and would be sent on the 17th for delivery on the 18th, then another person Noman Khawaja who is the CEO, emailed to say parcel was sent and I should contact the courier. I asked for an explanation but didn't hear anything and explained it's the sellers responsibility to chase the courier.

On the 18th I checked tracking and DPD showed the parcel would be delivered on Monday 20th. Fresh meat is being transported and would definitely perish in that time. I have requested a refund from haloodies but still yet to hear back.

This was my first order with this company and I will not be trying again. Cowboy company which even the CEO it seems misleads the customer.

Great quality of meat, well packaged and the customer service by Mari was fantastic as she was quick with responses and understanding of my needs and requirements. Will definitely order again.

Been ordering haloodies products; steaks, burgers, mince, various chicken pieces and i must say i have been impressed with the quality and cleanliness of their products and goes down a treat with the family. I do order from amazon and not direct from them so have had no issue with delivery. 👍

Appalled by Haloodies customer services. Mari offered refund for incorrect items and it still hasn't arrived. I questioned their qulaity for lamb cubes which where definitely not cubed and asked for refund/replacement and still nothing. I have informed them that this matter will be taken further if not dealt with. What has happened to the quality of their company? Someone needs to check in with food standards

Very very disappointed, hopeless meat . Sent expired meat. Tasted yuck. Had to throw it all worth £85 of order. Tried different things steaks, burger patties, chicken leg and chicken thighs . Never had this kind of disappointment from anyone. We emailed and they never sent us a courtesy reply also

Excellent food, great packaging and the meat comes out fresh. I've bought a range of whole chickens, pre prepared chicken, beef and lamb and minced beef and lamb. The meat is carefully prepared, tasty and fresh. Will shop again

I have been ordering the beef fillet steaks regularly through Ocado for a while now and never been disappointed. I dry brine them 2 days in advance, allow to rest after cooking and carve into medallions, serving medium/medium rare and they have always turned out juicy and melt in mouth tender. Highly recommend if that’s the way you prefer your steak to be served.

Finally thought we had found a decent halal meat purveyor but the recent order was just terrible. Vacuum packed (so all the juices seep out of the meat making it slimy) and cuts that are poor, stringy and covered in fat. They look nothing like the lovely pictures on the website. I emailed to complain - just so disappointed and got a reply within hours with a "Salaam" and yes we will look into it. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing since. As far as I am concerned a halal reputation extends to how you conduct your business and Haloodies is no longer an outfit I trust and no one I know will use them again.
What a shame.

As British Moslems living in a very English community on the South Coast it has been our project for fifteen years to try to find Halal meat in the style and of the quality that we have always been used to.

We have tried all my local and also big-city Halal shops, and also buying on-line from a variety of suppliers, but for just good honest quality, amazing value and service we now go no-where else but to Halal to door.

I have been to the supply depot, and can safely say that the hygeine standards are excellent, and the meat is of the highest quality. Outside South Africa, there is no better Halal meat, and the biggest bonus ie that it's far less costly that any 'quality' on-line suppliers, about the same prices as your local Halal Butcher. Try the fillet steak, not cheap but average price and fabulous!

I can honestly say that we have absolutely no connection whatever with Halal to Door or with DB Foods of Poole.
