Subpar and horrible

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the faculty and staff. When it comes to something as critical as mental health, timely communication and proper medication management are not optional—they are essential.

There have been repeated issues with prescription refills not being processed in a timely manner, which can have serious consequences for patients who rely on consistency in their treatment. Running out of medication due to delays or oversight is unacceptable and shows a lack of urgency and concern for patient well-being.

Equally concerning is the complete lack of communication. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and there is little to no follow-up. Patients should not have to chase down their healthcare providers for basic support, especially when dealing with mental health challenges that already require significant emotional energy.

Overall, this experience has felt dismissive and neglectful. Patients deserve to feel heard, supported, and prioritized—not ignored. I strongly urge the facility to reevaluate its processes, improve communication, and take mental health care as seriously as it should be.
