Broken lamp and non existent customer service
My lamp arrived with a manufacturing fault and is unusable.
I emailed their support email address with pictures on the day of delivery. Nobody responded. I emailed again two days later. No response.
I keep ringing the number on their website and either get a recorded message saying there are no support agents available or a get left is a queue that seemingly never gets answered.
I managed to speak to someone yesterday. She was very apologetic but as soon as I gave the order number she said it was their other company and that she couldn't deal with it but someone would ring me back.
Nobody has contacted me. The faulty item was delivered on Tuesday 3rd March.
