We had booked to a wrong date and was told that it was no problem and we could just go down on the boat and buy new tickets and cancel the existing ones. When we was at the boat we immediately made them aware that they we was NOT able to cancel or change ticket online. They refused to help us until we had sailed for 15 minutes and then forced us to pay. If not they would just drop us off some random place in Budapest. We was furious about the low quality service and the guy even called the boss which say we was forced to pay, even though their employee had giving us false information. Had we know, we would just have got there the day after.
However, we was forced to pay and did not get an apology. We did not get the drink we was supposed to. And we did not see the first 20 minutes of the trip. Really bad experience.
