Absolutely Love My Black Eagle GTX 2.0 Black/High Tactical Leather Boots, they're incredible, and are so comfy, and they can take all the abuse you could possibly give them too.

I've had my Haix Black Eagle GTX 2.0's for over 12 months now and have given them tons of Abuse in that time and they've handled it amazingly, and are still going strong.

I'm a boothead/gearhead myself, and the next boots from Haix I'll be adding to my boot collection are either the fire eagle high or the fire hero 3.1, but I will get both in time.

The customer service at Haix is absolutely fantastic too.

I honestly can't recommend Haix boots and Haix as a company highly enough, if you're thinking about getting a pair of Haix boots, don't hesitate, just do it, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I cannot fully support the overall good reputation of the products of that company. While wearing an older production of the AIRPOWER C1 model (I had only worn them twice before), the sole as well as their wrapping/jacket simply started to disintegrate without any force while walking down the street on a dry day. And there I stood in the middle of a busy street in Berlin. While complaining to the company I was simply advised that I should have worn them more often. For me as a member of the Army reserve, this is not acceptable and leaves me with the strong impression of having dealt with an unreliable company, not taking any responsibility for their failures.

Great customer service. Could be quicker as could the post. Yet it has a long way to travel. Be patient and talk on WhatsApp. They couldnt make it easier. Initially ask for the language you speak and they will accommodate. Boots go back to Germany. They are genuine good people. Great boots I love them but they were too big ... will be seeking the correct size and they gvae me a discount too ao I keep my sale price originally paid. Amazing. Thanks Haix cant wait for my new boots.. so comfortable strong and waterproof and just well built .. ace !!!

If you ever wanted the baby Frankenstein feel get these front zip Haix boots = heavy and uncomfortable on par with the Danner firefighting boots = these boots can be great if you don't mind sacrificing your feet for the many months it takes to break them in = if you are old and just tired of being tortured by boots - go the Italian made right from the start = spend a couple of hundred more = I mean I can't really say don't buy these boots = they will last forever = might leak a bit but if you wear a bunch of socks when breaking them in and lots of leather conditioner = these boot will do the job for you = hard plastic toes = and the zip in front makes them real easy to pull on even if you have to wrestle with the zipper when getting them off = as kids we would say your mom wears army boots and you grandma wears the boxes they came in = okay so these boots are not that bad = but really if you prefer out of the box ease = buy itallion = kenetrek = crispi or even scarpa. Leave the Haix for the manly men who drink their whisky neat and laugh at their feet when they cry out in pain. By the way these boots are made to collect all sorts of debris along the way = so many different crevices for stuff to get into - why - I don't know.

The boots are great however waiting for over a month for delivery and then getting two pairs arrive within 12 hours makes me wonder if its worth while. Now to try and get the second pair collected and returned..

1st waiting couple days for answer
2 they can't answer my question where is my items
3 Contact with the. Via WhatsApp they block my nr
Be honest this company should be ban from UK as they shipped from outside UK

I use haix safety trainers . As I m a diabetic . They keep my feet safe and in good health . As I spend long hours on my feet .

Purchasing shoes was easy though there is lots of choice so selecting them was quite tricky.
Delivery into the UK was delayed, and being asked to provide a review before they had arrived in the UK was annoying. Better shipment tracking would have helped. (approx 2 weeks from order to delivery)
I've nearly worn the soles out in 7 months (they do a lot of work!), and they're still comfortable. Next test will be the repair service!

AirPower XR1 are honestly the comfiest boots I have ever worked in, had them for around a year now and i love them only downside’s I have found are the laces haven’t lasted to long and the zip is help in place at the bottom with a cable tie which does brake after a while. But this wouldn’t stop me getting another pair when the time comes.

The best safety shoes ever
Easy walk-through scanners, no need to take off. Non-slippery sole & quick lace-up. I experienced a few downpours & to my surprise, my feet stayed dry. And the beauty of all HAIX had in between sizes & that's what makes it perfect!

My husband says these are the most amazing boots he has ever worn. All day in the trenches in water. Even when welding they catch fire and no problems. Very comfortable and great ankle support. Cannot recommend high enough

The Haxi boots are always great, but I was let down by the long shipping time. Customer service said it was to reduce import fees, but the website didn’t make this clear enough before I bought them.

Haix have an easy to use website and great quality products. The boots I purchased turned up in good time and were well packaged. I fully recommend this company, honest, hard wearing products and swift delivery too!

Thankyou for asking my opinion on Haix boots.
Less than 12 months ago i purchased a pair of boots, the most i have ever paid for boots. It was on recommendation from a friend and also from reading reviews Your boots advertised (Permanently waterproof), i could not ignore this claims all previous boots from other providers certainly didn't claim this. Alas approximately 7/8months later my boots where like a sieve.
I cannot fault Haix with the return policy, dealing with various departments wad relatively easy. But sorry, the boots did not live up to high expectations.
