Very disappointed with their customer…
Very disappointed with their customer care. Placed an online order and received a cheaper product. Was hoping that this could be resolved quickly by email feeling it was a genuine mistake however, I have emailed them 3 times over a 10 day period and had no response whatsoever and the situation remains unresolved. I will return the product today using recorded delivery at my own expense and request a full refund.
There appears to be no way of communicating with this company by email in my experience, there is a phone number on their website for contact but it is a premium rate number so if they do make a mistake when posting out orders it is extremely difficult and expensive to resolve it.
I do not recommend.
