Had an issue with hair quality and contacted customer services. I sent over photos as requested, and was met with a ridiculous amount of hoops to jump through, including paying to send the hair back to them (with only a 7 day window to do so, which would be fine if they were clip ins but seems quite unreasonable when regarding tape extensions), and if THEY decide the hair is good enough quality, you AGAIN have to pay for them to send the hair back to you. I then never received a response to my follow up email and had to go through a 3rd party site to try and resolve the issue. The whole customer service process is quite bad, especially when you consider how much money you’re spending. In hindsight I would’ve shopped somewhere else, you can get better quality hair for a lot cheaper, and better customer service.

There is nothing to say about the hair, it is just perfect

I ordered 2 bundles of brazillian deep wave and 2 peruvian wigs (straight and wavy). Delivery was great, but I must say that for such expensive hair, I'm quite disappointed with all orders. The bundles were thin at the end. The wigs are frizzy and shed too.

I highly recommend this company. I am so impressed with the unit I recently purchased. The quality of the hair is great and wig construction spot on!

From finding a unit on the website to the detailing with the packaging. 10s across the board. Lace is durable, easy to work with and flawless to install. There is nothing to fault.

Had the best experience with hairvirginity! I had ordered my tape in extensions during the hectic christmas period and was worried it may not arrive in time for my birthday in January. I popped them a message on Monday morning to express my worry. My hair was at my doorstep on Tuesday. I AM OVER THE MOON! The hair feels amazing. I love the quality. You have made my whole birthday! Ordered tape in extensions and they were beautiful. However since washing them the hair is almost unrecognisable. It’s gone really coarse (almost straw like), dull and gets matted extremely easily. Really disappointed as I loved the hair at first. I would expect the hair quality to last more than one wash when spending £300

HV sorted me out at the very last minute with hair, extremely accommodating, a fantastic level of customer service, I look forward to wearing the hair.

best customer service experience ever!! They were so helpful and had such clear communication with me. I had ordered hair from them for my birthday and had trouble with the delivery and they helped me and tracked it for me at a discount!! honestly my birthday could have been ruined if i didnt get my hair in time for my appointment but it all worked out!!! And the hair was sooo soft as well!

I’ve tried sooo many bundles before, vendors, aliexpress and other companies but I am so impressed. I ordered (3) 28’ double drawn virgin Vietnamese bundles and the matching 13x6 frontal and may I say wowwww

1. Hair is full from top to bottom.
2. No shedding.
3. Legit HD lace and very small knots.
4. Doesn’t have that chemical hair smell.
5. The blonde is a healthy shade of yellow, not artificial.
6. The packaging is sooo cute (lil silk lined white box with a dust bag) makes me wanna have a collection of them.
7. 28’ sitting like 32’ no joke.

Bundles were a bit pricier than I usually go for but I can tell this is really quality over quantity and the bundles will last years.

Cannot recommend more, I will only buy my hair from here now, these are some serious grown woman with grown woman money bundles :p

Delivery is fantastic and packaging is lovely however I was unhappy with the quality of the hair. It has become very dry and brittle after doing some highlights. Ive had the same highlights done on hair from a different vendor and it hasn’t caused the hair to go so dry and brittle.
