HTG were fantastic, they were thorough and explained even the little details to me.

Proof that they care; I was due to have my HT in May 2025 however i showed up and had my head shaved, to find a had some issues with my scalp, rather than carrying on to get paid, they recommended i seek treatment before returning, i did so 6 months later and successfully had it completed.

I would recommend and have recommended HTG to anyone.

Following on from my first review six months ago, the progress my hair has made has been brilliant. With how fast my hair has grown, it’s definitely made me more of a confident person and that’s only at 50% growth so far. I had my second PRP session on 5th February and that went great. It is something I would definitely recommend getting as it helps with hair growth and it was also a very quick and simple process. From the start to then end the team looked after me, all the technicians are very thorough in there field.

Now day 8 post op and iv healed great with zero swelling. All i see are people useing the band to reduce swelling but the doctor at HTG said its not necessary and just a fad.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and engaging staff. Everything was explained to me on what the day looked like with the doctors being very methodical in there approach to me. Even though it’s only been a few days since my transplant, I’m happy with the current progress and the aftercare was explained to me thoroughly. I’m 36 and started slowly losing my hair in my 20s, and I had been considering getting a hair transplant for a while. I contacted an agency called Want Hair, and they referred me to the Hair Transplant Group. I was very impressed with the service I received at the London Southgate clinic.

It was also in a perfect location, as they were a five minute drive from a Premier Inn with car parking facilities. Being located on the northern edge of London meant that I didn’t have to worry about navigating my way through central London.

On the day of the surgery, I was greeted by very friendly members of staff, who gathered some additional details and took the remainder of my payment (after I had paid a deposit in advance). They ensured I had meals provided throughout the day. The doctors gave me a proper briefing and discussion around the procedure, which really put me at ease. I was also very impressed by their previous work and attention to detail, especially when it came to creating natural hairlines.

Throughout the operation, I was constantly checked on by the staff to ensure I was comfortable and not suffering without adequate anaesthesia. I was thoroughly impressed by the sheer intricacy involved in the operation and how the staff worked tirelessly throughout.

I couldn’t have had a better team to carry out my hair transplant, and I will be returning to receive my PRP injections. Additionally, the team remained in contact with me via a WhatsApp group for my aftercare while my scalp healed and were always just a message away.

If you are considering getting a hair transplant yourself, I’d highly recommend the Hair Transplant Group and this clinic.

I had my hair transplant exactly one week ago at Hair Transplant Group, facilitated through the third party WantHair. Naturally, it is far too early to comment on the final results, as these will only become apparent over the next 6–12 months. However, I can confidently share my experience of the procedure and overall care.

From start to finish, the entire day and surgery were extremely positive. I felt very well looked after at every stage — from the warm welcome by the receptionist, to the detailed discussion and design of my hairline with Dr. Havutcu and Dr. Aysal, both of whom are clearly highly knowledgeable and experienced. The technician team were also outstanding, spending the entire day carrying out the procedure while ensuring I was comfortable and at ease throughout.

What stood out most was that I genuinely felt like the priority for the entire day. Nothing felt rushed, and every decision was clearly explained and made with my best interests in mind. The fact that the whole team stayed until 8pm on a Friday to ensure the best possible outcome was especially appreciated and speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication.

I am now in the aftercare phase and remain in close contact with the team, who continue to provide guidance and reassurance to ensure everything is healing as expected.

For anyone considering a hair transplant at this clinic, I genuinely cannot recommend this team highly enough. I’m now very much looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months.

During my appointment with Hair Transplant Group, I was put at ease by the team of professionals. They were great at looking after me on the day, and were very happy to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the transplant. The procedure went well and so far my head has healed well. The team check in regularly and give great aftercare.

My experience with HTG was fantastic from start to finish you are met with a warm welcome. The Doctors are clear with the information they give you and talk through everything throughly. And it is clear they work to the best standards.
It is a clean surgery and iv left more than happy with my surgery and hope to see good results in the future
