I came from NYC and spoke to a few different clinics, and all of them pale in comparison to ASMED. The treatment, the technology, cleanliness, the staff - everything was top notch.

We were hesitant when we heard the price and almost declined, but after we agreed and went forward, we felt it was worth every single penny.

You are assigned a staff member/coordinator to be there every step of the way and post surgery. We were assigned Arzu, and she was absolutely incredible - she was a large reason why we agreed to go to ASMED. Definitely request her when booking.

I’m still in the healing process, but so far I am thrilled with the care and prospective results.

I had a hair transplant at ASMED Clinic year ago between 6-10th May 2022, suppose to share my experience about it, but I prefer to wait until I see results which was fantastic, I didn’t believe that I will have this look again, it was a dream for me to see my hair covering my head after a long time being semi bald,
Now with the advice of Dr. Korai Erdogan to divide up hair transplant surgery to front which I did already and crown which am planning to go ahead with confidence,
Let me now share details about the ASMED clinic & the staff, first of all I have to say that I was searching for the right clinic for more than 5 years, some of I visited in UK nevertheless the search over the internet,
I have visited some clinics to see and be sure how the surgery will take place, I wasn’t satisfied of what I experienced, it wasn’t professional, and lack of many things could help me see the confidence for such step to take,
I expanded the search to the top 10 hair transplant clinics in some countries, then searched for every one of them until I found ASMED which from the first look I felt that this is the one am looking for and it WAS.
The clinic is well equipped, belt to the extreme standard of only hair transplant clinic, no other! As it has the updated technology to specify and counting hair grafts by sophisticated equipment with a well-trained staff on it, a studio specified for tacking pictures of head before, during and after surgery, not mentioning also about multi surgery rooms available, the patient rooms like a hotel, well the whole place like a 5-star hotel. Gym, training court, café, cleanness, and top services.
I recommend ASMED Clinic without hesitation, they treat you like a prince what do you want more than that, and the most important issue here is the result you want a fine hair covering your head and they do it professionally.
I thank all ASMED Clinic staff kind, polite supportive, hospitable and on the top of them Dr. Korai Erdogan, as I appreciated the enormous help and support from Patient Coordinator Servinc, and the kindest nurse at this clinic Ozgur I call her ASMED ANGLE, and she is.

Last week I had a hair transplant done by Dr. Korai Erdogan. It is important to say that I am a very thorough person, so before the procedure I did a research examination of the field for a few months. Really a test of other clinics and other doctors. After my examination I came to the conclusion that Dr. Korai Erdogan is the best in the field. I would also like to mention that the service given to me by the coordinator Suzanne was amazing. I received an answer to every answer before the treatment, during the treatment and after. It is true that I am at the beginning of the recovery process and I need patience for the whole process, but I have no doubt that this is the place and the most suitable doctor for a hair transplant. My hair transplant went very well, I did not expect it to be this good in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, it cannot be better. They took very good care of me while I was in the operation, while I was staying there, even after the operation. The whole team made me feel like I was the most important thing right now. I don't need someone by my side, there is always someone to help from team. In Summary: Overpriced and seriously under delivers - for the price paid i should have stayed in Europe. Requested the B package which states the incisions are performed partially by the ASMED Team and partially by Dr. Koray Erdogan – this never happened. Dr. Koray came in and created the incisions for the hairline itself, and then left, must have been in the room less than 10-15min of an operation which took 14hrs (x2 7-8hr sessions) – how is that partially? Furthermore, aftercare after leaving the clinic has been abysmal. My client coordinator, Sevinc, has been disinterested and has to be chased for answers and information. Seriously, if I could do it all again I would avoid ASMED. I feel there are much better options out there for the same price, that WILL give you the service you pay for.

I was not satisfied with my first operation which was done in my home-country and started looking for the best surgeons abroad. That is how I've found Dr. Koray Erdogan. The result of my operation with Dr. Koray Erdogan and his team was amazing, after 7 months after op. my hairs look absolutely natural, like it was in my youth, no signs of any problems. Asmed is a real standout in terms of FUE and I highly rate the experience and provedure.
I am a person that did a lot of research and site visits prior to choosing a clinic and although doubts are natural, the experience proved to be top class.
Team: having spent 7 nights atbthe clinic (i reccomend anyone to stay as much as possible for a proper recovery but also for a great personal experience with fellow patients), i managed to get the full experience. Everyone is not only carring and kind but in the same time very professional and knowledgeble about the procedurea and stages of recovery- and i found that very reassuring.
Intervention: i had a two day surgery for cca 5300 grafts and actually enjoyed the experience. It might be the adrenaline rush or the excitment of results, but there was no major discomfort. I obviously had doubts about letting someone play with my hair but the team was absolutely fantastic: operative, fast, proffessional.
Client service: i cannot stress enough the great help i have received from my coordinator Andreea. She is fast to answer (even in the weekends sometimes), doesnt let you guessing about the next steps and gives you great advice post op when most issues start emerging (redness, pimples, sleep dicomfort etc).
Overall, its a top clinic from all aspects and by far the best option at least in this part of the world.

As an American, I hold Surgeons, medical staff, medical offices, and customer service to a very high standard.
After doing my research on FUE hair transplantation here in the US, I knew I would pursue the procedure as I felt I'd be a suitable candidate. After looking at clinics in Los Angeles and Texas, I thought I would be remiss if I ignored the idea of looking into Turkey as an option as well. The sheer number of clinics and options in Turkey is staggering....But one Doctor kept popping up during my search/research into Turkey, and for good reason. Dr. Koray Erdogan's resume speaks for itself. From his sequential technique in FUE, graft calculation, coverage value calculation, along with his innovative robotic 360-degree circular scanning system (which evaluates all aspects of hair transplantation through high definition photography), one can easily see why Dr. Erdogan and his work have been described as "groundbreaking". I began reading more and more about his clinic, which is nothing short of modern, beautiful, clean, and super impressive, which ultimately lead me to reach out for a consultation. To my surprise, the level of care, organization, transparency, and responsiveness would be just as impressive. I had the pleasure of working with Andreea, who spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and was able to answer ANY questions I bombarded her with. Andreea provided me with a comprehensive evaluation that detailed Dr. Koray's plan for me along with a packet of the process and clinic protocol regarding safety precautions and travel to Turkey with COVID in mind which made me feel very comfortable. My mind was made up.For the aftercare, Andreea and the entire staff provided me with detailed instructions and guidance in washing the donor and implanted area. I am almost a month out and now we play the waiting game for my hair to grow. I can already see the hair popping out of areas that were completely empty. So far, I am very pleased with everything and I am glad I chose Asmed clinic. Dr. Koray, the staff, the clinic are top notch. Also, Turkey is such a beautiful country, I’m so glad I got the opportunity to visit.

Ok, so, this is my second hair transplant.
First one was made in Romania at the biggest clinic and paid 5900 eur for 3000 grafts (average 2 eur/hair) for something that didn't look natural and with very low density and always had to keep hair short. Two years later I researched heavily all the forums and online groups for the best solution as I only had few donor capacity and could not afford a screw up again.

I got the chance to see a few results in Romania with customers from ASMED and they were very good. Even then I was retticent because everyone uses their best results to promote temselves and I was thinking that my intervention will never look that good anyway.

Due to this pandemic and opportunity to stay at home while I recover I said to myself that I should start doing something. At that point I wrote to ASMED to get some price indications and see how they aproach my issue. I sent an email with some pics and then I had to fill in a more extensive evaluation form that was reviewd by Dr. Koray.

Between my first communication and response with offer and all information regarding the intervention it took around two weeks (was ok for me because that ment that the Dr is not doing paperwork and chatting online and he's actually busy doing surgeries so this was not a minus for me, rather than a plus).

The offer had three options available, different packages (consultation to preparation, extraction implantation, etc) depending on who you chose to perform it. I was going to spend all my money for a great transplant so I wanted to go full house on Dr. Koray to perform everything, but Andreea my medical coordinator, convinced me that all the staff is highly skilled and I don't have to worry if other members of the staff will perform part of the surgery. Her care and way of sending that trustful vibe was awesome. Even though I said I will never afford to risk anything or to be put in a position where I could scew it up I still trusted her and hell, she was right :).

So, I chose to have only incisions done by Dr. Koray (still I was pretty nervous because I saw some awful results of unskilled technicians).

Coming back to the evaluation, Dr. Koray said that around 5000 grafts will do the trick. All good, I chose the package, did a calculaton and said ok to the middle package with partial Dr. Koray and ASMED Team to do the surgey. I will not disclose prices as this is cleary something subject to change and it would not be fair to the clinic. Just a small hint - I could have saved so much hair and money if I would have done the first transplant with ASMED.

Once we established to work together I payed a small amount to book the surgery and dates (6-7 October - 2 day intervention), bought my plane ticket and sent dates to Andreea.

Date of arrival: landed in Istanbul, driver was waiting for me, discussed a lot about footbal , got to the clinic, performed the COVID test and all blood tests needed + EKG.
After this Andreea took me to my room (clinic is state of the art) and ate. Food was way better than what I ate in lots of restaurants (I ordered what I want to eat before I left Romania so wow, that was awesome).

Ok, so I ate, and had the day to myself until 5 PM, when Dr. Koray was performing the consultation. I wondered a bit in Istanbul close to the clinic and had one beer (oops - actually not allowed but I said what the heck it's hot and one beer at the terace is not such a big deal :)).

I would say that I was a bit scared as I saw his face when he saw my donor was very poor and felt really dissapointed when i heard "I am very sorry but your donor is not that potent to support a new hair transplant for 5000 grafts and to lower your hairline that much as you want so we have to be carefull and create density, this is the main goal. Hair is thick enough but donor is poor and could only harvest 4500 grafts.
I said ok and left with reality knocking me down.
After this I went to the KE BOT Hair analysis that boosted my chances up when I realised that I have a lot of grafts with even up to 5-6 hairs and good potential for density. Also took the before photos and all and back into my room expecting the day of surgery.

Hint: expect severe cold as the environment is designed to help the grafts survive and keep the medium aseptic probably.

I had a very nice surprise to see what tech they have in there - WOW - I could see number of hairs, grafts, projection on my head, donor area, occipital, parietal, where to extract from, where to place the hairs, everyhitng top notch. Even all the hairs that were implanted were counted real time.
I don't remember the name of their anaesthetis but he was funny and very kind offering true comfort.
Surgey went smooth, pain was quite manageable and cold senstion was solved with a heated blanket.

1st-3000, 2nd-1000. With a 1.5 years between.
I don't have enough words to describe the professionality and kindness of the staff, and the beauty and level of the facility of the ASMED clinic. it is like no other I had ever saw. The patient is in the center of the attention of everything.
Dr. Koray always improves his techniques, and also his facilities. in my 2nd transplant they had robots that scan the patients head more and more.

Don't think twice. choose ASMED for your Hair transplant clinic.

I went to Asmed last January, so around 14 months ago, and can easily say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The whole team was incredibly welcoming, my patient coordinator Suzana was amazing throughout the whole process, and still keeps in touch to see how my results are progressing to this day. The whole experience at the surgery was very professional and the staff made everything very easy.

I had 5,000 grafts done over 2 days and can say the results are better than I could have ever hoped. I look completely different, the hairline looks very natural and where it was thinning all over the top, it now looks extremely thick all over.

I can't recommend Asmed enough, the results and experience are completely worth the price you are paying, as it has changed my life for the better.
