I paid $199.75 and I did not receive my product. I have sent many emails and they will not resolve, refund or redeliver. Do not buy from this supplier. They do not deliver. They will not post with 'signature required'. They do not care about customer service or their reputation, and do not reply to emails. I should have checked previous reviews. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER.
I thought it was a scam website after not receiving any order confirmation, tracking or email communication from them after placing an order for $65. Then I read these reviews & thought I’d lost my money.
Today - 4 weeks after the order was placed - I received the product from an address in Sydney although all the details indicated it was a company in the US.
Black battered box, no branding - but the product inside was perfect & as ordered.
Sounds like some get lucky & others don’t, it’s all a bit weird.
BEWARE It is a scam!!!. I bought on the 22/5/25. On the 26/6/25 they canceled my order and send me an email that they would refund me. 1/8/25 no refund was ever made.
