Great from start to finish !
They took care of everything (aside from the plane tickets).
The chauffeur took us to our appartments (with all utilities and sparkling clean).
The medical team was so helpful and understanding.
The translator was very easy going and the surgeon was perfect with a very soothing attitude.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for better.
Also, the chauffeur (a great guy) brings you back to the airport the day after the intervention.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone willing to have a hair transplant.

I appreciated the quality of the relation based on the trust communication, the services, the quality of the appartement and his location.

Very very professional and kind staff. The whole process was clearly explained. No surprises. The surgeon and her staff was very preventive, and painless. Im very satisfied with the result and will surely come back, if needed obviously

It was a good experience well organized by Hairpalace.
The room for 2 nights included by the operation is clean and tidy, about 15 mins’ walking from the clinic. In the neighborhood there are two supermarkets so very convenient.

The D day for operation, all the staffs are so kind. I was clearly explained about the process and all my questions are answered. I paid in cash without safety issues, but It maybe not the choice for somebody, so it depends on you.
The lunch break there are several choices and they are so tasty.
In the afternoon I can continue the planting as well as watching Netflix, quite a good way to be distracted of the pain.

At the end, the doctor gives a report of the operation and the instructions for the following weeks in detail.

To conclude, i recommend Hairpalace and I am looking forward for the result in the future weeks.

What an incredible experience from start to finish! They are just the kindest people with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, thoughtfulness and they were very accommodating to any of my needs. Painless modern technology at a beautiful location. They took care of me like a king at the Presidential Suite of 5-star hotel. I would highly recommend them to anyone who are thinking about a hair transplant. I seriously believe that no other companies can beat their service! They are the bes! Period.

In one word: GREAT. I was totally satisfied with the treatment which took place for 2 days and also the appartment provided by Hair Palace. The place they let me stay was perfectly clean, super quiet and modern with all commodities: fridge, oven...
My doctor and her assistant were very professionnal and the mood was super confortable. Really i have no complain at all, i just cross my fingers for the result and strictly follow all the recommendation they gave me after each day of treatment. Also Hungarian food is FANTASTIC and i really didn't expect it. You can trust HairPalace 100%. You better be accompagnied by a friend or your wife/girlfriend as it help you to feel more confortable during the days of treatments. By the way in a scale of 10 the pain during the surgery was for me around 2 or max 3 so nothing to worry about. As soon as the many small needle anesthesia shot are done locally, it's almost feel less.

Not a great result. Unfortunately the hairs were not correctly transplanted, the result is not really natural and the new impla ts killed the remaining hair... The team was Very professional and a great team.
And for the sake of truth the control +6 month is void accordingly to your conditions if passed by a week. I was not able to attend at this time. You just sent me an email to tell me the warranty was void. Then I had no news from you for the +12minth check.
Furthermore Ive asked 2 other clinics to give me their opinion and they were clear on the low quality of the operation. Franckly speaking im not happy. The result is a bit better than previously...

I strongly recommend Hairpalace regarding the organisation, the engagement, the given care all along the treatment and the follow-up.

I was a little unsure travelling to another country to have surgery. But I needn't have worried. Hairpalace is perfect in every way . Very professional and the staff couldn't do enough for me . From being picked up at the airport to the modern apartment everything was arranged for me . The surgery itself is in a new modern building and the women working there are all fantastic at their job(and beautiful). The operation didn't hurt at all, in fact the only difficult part was sitting in the same position for hours . But they give you breaks and a delicious lunch . Budapest is also a lovely place . If you are looking to have a hair transplant there is no better place .
