Both Josh Soto and Carlos Escobar gave me exceptional customer service earlier in ordering my products and then in follow ups. As an elderly woman who was experiencing thinning hair, I started using a full Hairmax regime years ago,using the Cap, HSN supplements ,and the other products. I have had such beneficial outcomes. I replenish my products on a yearly basis to continue the benefits. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Over the many years, Josh Soto provided solutions for any minor problem. My laser cap stopped working and I believe a simple loose wire to be the reason. It is outside of the two year warranty and I have been told that my only option is to send it tracked delivery to Florida and that the cost of repair is $200 plus an additional $65 for return postage.
I have pointed out that nowhere on their website does it mention this nor is it evident in the manual. They have acknowledged this and accepted that this cost is a significant amount. They thank me for my valuable feed back and say they will review their website, neither of which is any help to me.
Initially when I emailed for details of the repair process- I was given the US email address by the UK office- I was ignored. I then went back to the UK office who agreed to chase it for me. I then received several emails thanking me for registering my warranty
and then received a further email from the international Sales Director saying it was a pleasure speaking with me although he wished it was under better circumstances but I hadn’t had a phone call with him or anyone in his office!
I do not wish to pay an extortionate amount of money and send the cap at my expense 4500 miles to be repaired and had I known that was their policy I would not have bought the cap.
If they are proud of their product and service they should be open and honest about out of warranty repairs to UK customers but sadly they are not.

Terrible customer service. I paid for VIP. They give you phone number to call along with an extension. You call the number it goes to someone's voicemail box. Left a message. No callback. I opened a case online on their website. No response what so ever.

I'm a 61 yo male who has been using a Hairmax Laser Cap 272 cap for the past year (3 times per week) for male pattern baldness. I've taken before and after pics and they show no noticeable difference in my hair. I'm just as bald as before so I have stopped using it as of today.

My experience with Hairmax has been nothing short of outstanding. I have been a customer since 2015. I recently upgraded to a new Lumina 272. I received follow up phone calls after receiving my new device, to check if I have any questions or concerns, which I appreciate. I spoke directly with Carlos several times as well. His customer service is exceptional. He is so easy to speak with and so very very knowledgeable. He has worked with me a lot and is very dependable & reliable with his help. My wife's review: I was very skeptical when a friend recommended the Regrow MD laser hat, but I was desperate about the menopausal thinning that had left a noticeable hole at the front of my parting. I'm so glad I gave it a try.
The results are real. I started in April, using it for 30 minutes every other day. Within three months, I saw new baby hairs. Within four months, two different hairdressers spontaneously commented on all the new growth! By October, the thin patch was noticeably smaller, and I was finally regaining my confidence.
My advice: Be consistent. I even packed the hat in my hand luggage for trips. (A minor note: my scalp was sensitive in hot sun for the first two weeks).
The customer service is just as impressive. When my battery pack stopped working, I was worried about losing my progress. The Hairmax team was amazing. Annerie was super helpful (UK phone line support) and then Josh (US sales and service lead) arranged a video call to troubleshoot along with Jon from the UK. It seems likely I had caused the problem by using a different charger. (do not do this! only use the dedicated charger they supply.)
Even though it was most likely my fault, they sent out a replacement immediately, which arrived from the US in two days. They even upgraded me to a new, faster model. This is an expensive product, but the results and the incredible support make it worth it.

I’ve repeatedly missed the delivery of my order because a signature is required by Haimax. UPS provides a 4 hour delivery window but consistently delivers outside that timeframe. Unfortunately, I cannot remain at home for 12 hours a day waiting for the package.
Hairmax should offer the option to authorize UPS to deliver the item without a signature.

Makes shredding worse. Info from company: Expected Hair Growth Timeline:
Months 1–3: Possible temporary shedding as new growth cycles begin
( ha ha ha!!)
Months 4–6: Shedding stabilizes; early signs of regrowth may appear
… so it might make hair loss WORSE for 6 months 😱
Months 12–18: Peak results with noticeable improvements in density and thickness.
Hardly the case if you have long hair.

Excellent customer service! I recently purchased a charger and didn’t realize that it was the European version, I called customer service and talked to a Andrea and explained what I had ordered and that I needed the US version, she put me on a brief hold and the next thing I knew she was shipping me out the part I needed no questions asked.
