This company is a bunch of thieves

I got a product two months after its expiration date. I've never experienced anything like this before. It's outrageous and beyond belief. This should not happen in a normal store. I advise everyone against buying from this store!

As agreed with you, we have received the product back and refunded the full purchase price to you. In addition, we have taken immediate action: the entire current stock of this product has been checked and destroyed as a precautionary measure to prevent this from happening again.

As a webshop specialising in hair growth products, we help many customers with their hair and scalp problems every day, and we do everything we can to maintain the highest possible standard of products and service. That is why we take reports like this seriously and use them to further improve our processes.

Product not delivered

The product was supposed to be delivered nearly one week ago and it still hasn’t arrived.

I didn’t receive what was advertised

I didn’t receive what was advertised. The photo and the ingredient list state that 3 tablets contain 160 mg of saw palmetto extract, but my package has only 53 mg. Everything else matches, but I bought the product specifically for the 160 mg. I cannot recommend purchasing here, it feels unreliable. The product is going back. This was my first and last time buying something from them.

I have immediately contacted the manufacturer about this. Neofollics has indicated that this is a printing error on the packaging. The actual amount of saw palmetto per 3 tablets is indeed 160 mg. I also see that we have already sent you a replacement order.

Swift and well packaged delivery.

The communication informing of the despatch (sending) of the order was excellent.

Feels like scam

The page looked pretty much like a norwegian store with no obvious info that fedex would charge almost the same amount in fees as the product cost. Meaning the products became crazy expensive.

Impossible to contact them

I have written the company on email, via whatsapp and called them. No respons. Tried several times on different hour a day. It has just been impossible to get in contact with them. So do not believe their 15 min. rule to be answered stated on their homepage.

I got the product from the company but it cost more in taxes.

I got the product from the company but what I was not aware of was the custom taxes which were really high. I thought it was included in the product price and shipping price as there was no mention of it in the purchase and when paying. Had I known then it would have been cheaper to buy it elsewhere. I now also receive advertising emails so often and I never wanted them.
