They lost one of my orders by not…
They lost one of my orders by not putting the correct address, even though I have used them many times. Awful customer service. After a year of trying to resolve the issue and get my money or order I stopped using them and accepted my loss. I then received a call a year later apologising and would like to offer me credit. When I went to use my credit I was told it was never put on the system and there is no proof of this. They reached out to me a year later to resolve and then created another issue. They would only give me what was owed if I spent £150 when I had already spent that and not received my order! Unreliable and terrible customer service would not use.

Unreliable delivery
Places order for next day delivery. Spoke to them twice they confirmed next day delivery, then next day told me they wouldn’t be delivering. Had to go and collect .

We’d just moved to a new warehouse and introduced a new stock system, and unfortunately this caused a few unexpected delays while everything settled in.

They sell fake hair dye . Had to bleach my hair after what they pretended was Blondme Schwarzkopf as it turned me into a brunette . Awful service and they are liers !
