Company indicates that items ship from the USA but what they don't state is that they ship from China to a middleman here in the USA who then ships it locally. Had I known the purchase was going to take 4-5 weeks to receive, I would have never ordered!!
AND...if you want to return the items, you have to ship back to China - not to the middleman in the US.

Total scam! I ordered 7 necklaces for my crew and it says the item was delivered “and handed to an individual” when I logged my request for refund and asked for proof it was delivered, this is the response I got…

I am in the same boat with all the other people who have fallen victim to terrible products and even worse customer service. They guaranteed 100% satisfaction or your money back but they keep giving you the run around until you want to just give up and that is what most people do because they get sick of dealing with them. I am now in the process of working with my credit card company to see if I can get them to do anything. This is so frustrating that a company can't just do honest business anymore.

This company sent me a defective necklace, I have been going back and forth about it with them. They say because they sent the right necklace they have no other obligation.
Crappy way to do business. Stay away from this company. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Awful service. Must be a scam!! They delete all negative comments, have yet to receive it after waiting weeks.

I've reported this company for the scam it is....Facebook and Trading Standards are investigating.

Take note when you see their adverts...... read people's comments. They filter out all negative comments. I know this to be a fact because I responded to ten people expressing interest and warned them to read reviews first - each comment was removed!!
My item has never been received. IF it ever arrives I expect some cheap and trashy item.
IF however I get a good quality sterling silver neice/auntie necklace in a nice box, with a niece/auntie message, I will issue a public apology. BUT this company is rated 100% terrible, so I won't hold my breath!

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not order from them. I ordered a blanket in November item never delivered, after several emails and no luck I tried to claim a refund via PayPal as far as they are concerned item has been delivered several times as the company have supplied them with different tracking numbers. I even sent proof from royal mail to say I never received it still not good enough, (thanks paypal) so no blanket, no refund and I'm £34 down

Just an update about the blanket I ordered. It arrived with my daughter yesterday, though it's not as thick/heavy as I expected, she tells me it is more of a bedspread weight, but it is fluffy and comfortable. I'm unsure as to why the tracking details were so poor and limited until the day of delivery, which left me in a panic, however I don't believe that is the fault of the Haircart company.

Ordered a blanket at the start of December, no updates regarding delivery. Contacted Haircart to establish that my daughter will receive it in time for Christmas, they are replying, though giving me nothing to track the item, just it's in transit. Only bought the blanket because I seen a good review on FB.
Eventually, by luck, I received a parcel with a similar tracking number, so found the delivery company, its saying they haven't received from the sender..awaiting parcel.
Really concerned, after reading all of this, the entire thing is a scam!

They have a good SCAM going on here. Ordered the blanket in October. I’ve been emailing back & forth, received several false shipping details. When I contacted PayPal the company sent details to say it had been delivered. No signature, no photo, nothing. About a month ago I received a small empty envelope in the post. Thought it was odd but didn’t think much of it. So now I think this is what they sent. PayPal refused my refund even although I have emails stating it’s lost in the post, false shipping details, it’s stuck at the airport, it’s late because of covid and 1011 other excuses. Then today I get an email to say it’s been shipped, went to track package, item not found.
Disgusting people ripping people off.

I ordered a “To my Daughter” blanket on the 27th October. It’s been 6 weeks and it still hasnt arrived. I’ve been sending weekly emails to CS, only to get a response that it’s held up at the airport. Today I emailed again and CS responded with “Sorry we need to ask from our boss.And we will conatct you once he got back.”

Are you telling me there is no way for them to look into their system to get a status update on an order? Clearly a scam and I will be taking this up with PayPal. Pity cause I was looking forward to giving this to my daughter for Xmas.

Blanket arrived today. It is a very thin throw rug blanket type material. Poor quality for the $76.81 AUD that I paid. Lovely message though and I know my daughter will love it.

Good scam they've got going. Tracking number says delivered, no proof no email, no signature, no photo. Amazing how it makes it from China to UK and delivered in 8 days!!!!!!
Said it was delivered to a porch, I dont have!!.
Hopefully I'll get my money back through PayPal. Dont waste your time with customer services you won't get anywhere.

Yet another China scam ! I have tracked my daughters package and it is now saying delivered on 26th Nov. She has not received it and numerous e MAILS later Haircart refuse to acknowledge ! Do not buy is all I can say really. These people are really the lowest of the low.

Usual Story, Item never arrived $52 down.
Company not taking responsibility, not answering specific questions just sent back a bog standard email saying it was a busy time of year.
Read reviews saying Paypal refunds available, have now reported this and PP are reviewing.

Ordered a blanket for daughter and grandaugher early october. Still waiting delivery. E-mailed them and they replied it has been sent and to clink on a link to follow delivery. This link does not exist. I am still trying to trace where my delivery is. I am about to contact them again. The saga continues. DO NOT use these people.

I read these reviews too late, I also ordered a daughter blanket that should have said love MUM , but got mom, the customers service was dreadful, there have been no hint at solving the problem , what a waste of £34.00

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered for Xmas a blanket for my Daughter with MUM as we are in the UK. Insted weeks later received a blanket with MOM on it. Went through the Haircut CS email...useless. These are actually based in China & the expense of me returning the item which most probably would never be acknowledged would have been £11. Due to COVID I could not get to the Post Office to find out how much it would cost so my dispute regarding a refund with PP expired. However kept the item because I do not for one instance trust Chinese businesses they make it as difficult as possible to get your money back or an exchange. I only put 1 star down as I would not have been able to write a review. However my advise is STEER CLEAR..CON MERCHANTS..but hey should that surprise any of us after this year. Misleading and actually Trades Description Act should be placed against this company as there'sno mention of a Chinese address until you receive the package. Have just now read other reviews and all very similar. As nice as these items look it seems to be consistent in the orders not being correct on receipt. Why the hell would I ask for MOM when I live in the UK and my daughter calls me MUM??? DO NOT WASTE TIME, EFFORT OR MONEY...these should be forbidden from advertising and on fact I shall be reporting.

I ordered a Daughter-MUM blanket and recieved Daughter-MOM blanket. So far they have refused to send me correct item. So many emails later and they are still disagreeing with me. Such poor service. Very disappointed.

Do not order , it is a microfiber baby blanket, very disappointed, I am going through paypal resolution centre to get my money back.

I too have fallen victim to this. I ordered daughter mum and dad daughter , I received from Mom and To my wife! Yet they still insist its correct. I will be speaking to my bank about a chargeback to try a recoup the £66 wasted.

I ordered a "for my daughter" quilt. When I say quilt, the description was 'double layered, cotton filled, diamond stitched quilt'. What I got was a fleece blanket... that I paid nearly £ 50 for !!!
I emailed and asked how i could return it as was not as advertised (it states 30 day money back guarantee). The first email back asked for a photo of said 'quilt'.
Having sent that, the email i got back said they had sent what i ordered. I replied, with a screenshot of the description of said 'quilt', i got another email saying i got what i ordered. I replied for a third time saying no, i ordered and paid for what you show on your website, not a fleece blanket. The email that came back said again that I got what I had ordered. Have a nice day !!!
There is no address or invoice to follow up. Complete and utter scam.
