Communications are poor- sent me multivitamins as they were waiting on my photos but their emails were going into my junk folder so I never got them. Then they sent the prescribed drops but when I asked what should be taken the emails were confusing- their tone also suggests it might be AI responding.

Hoping the product works otherwise to out weigh the poor start.

This is my first time using this company. First treatment started but noticed it doesn’t leave a great feeling on my hair. Also, my initial order and subscription not showing on my account. Emails however have been responded to relatively quickly and cannot fault them with this side of things. Item was delivered quickly, only time will tell if it works. Hoping so.

I honestly can see the difference already on my face. It becomes more radiant and clear, but I can't wait to see the results after a while. As for the hair I can't really see any difference yet because I've been using it for just almost 2 weeks, but I'm excited to see the results as advised by the chemist.

After purchase, the product was delivered within 2 days. Been only taking it for a few days but there are visible changes. Obviously I will have to give it more time to see, but I think this is it for me. Great product

I was having the tablets no problem before i fell ill , then a dermatologist said i need liquid minoxidil but they wouldnt let

Scam! 😞 Lost my money! I clicked on an advert offering a free trial. I entered my card details expecting not to be charged straight away, but they took my money instantly.

I contacted their customer support, but they were completely unhelpful and failed to resolve anything. I also tried resetting my password several times. Every time they claimed they had sent a password reset email, but nothing ever arrived.

To make matters worse, I then received an email saying I had purchased a subscription, despite never intending to sign up for one. The whole experience felt incredibly misleading and dishonest. It seems like they lure people in with a “free trial” and then charge them without making things clear.

This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I would strongly advise anyone to stay well away from this company. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I am trying to order the tablets. They have said no with absolutely ZERO reason. I have no allergies, no problems, just thin hair. I hate the liquid so wanted to switch to tablets (at their recommendation) there is no way to contact them to get this moving. they ignore you, they do not respond. They have no phone number

would be helpful to actually speak to someone i dont want advice just need help ordering i am a existing customer they have a different email address to what i supplied they asked me to change it order start again i did that, but when i go to start again the questions dont come up just hello nice to c u again what do i do i think its robots answering

I wanted tablets but they said liquid would be better. Arrived quickly but the bottle is very lightweight, tall and narrow and I knocked it over on the first use and lost most of its contents as it’s so runny. Would be better with a short stumpy vessel but won’t be able to tell if it works as it’s nearly all gone. Reported my feedback to them.
Response to your reply. As mentioned I’ve already emailed hello@ and they just said they would pass it on and had said I lost most of the contents, so don’t think anyone will be looking into it?

Good experience

Fast delivery, website was full of knowledge but only been using for under a week overall either too soon to tell it works or it’s false should really have a money back guarantee if don’t work because paying a lot each month for something you have to wait 6 months to see if it works or not.

Website very easy to use, process was quick & my product arrived very quickly

Great communication from the very start. The detailed information collected made me feel that this product was more likely to be effective than an off the shelf product. I was a little concerned that I may experience some of the potential side effects but again, there is transparency here, and so far I have not experienced any negative side effects. Early days but I am hopeful!

THERE WAS NO MENTION THAT IT IS LIFE THREATENING TO PETS.
Can a standard question please be whether or not you have a pet??? My treatment arrived and after applying it I googled Minoxidil only to find out that even trace amounts is highly highly toxic for dogs and cats! I'm standing here waiting for this product to dry, not sure if trying to wash it out is just going to spread it more, and it says only 24 to 48 hours after applying is it guaranteed absorbed. This is seriously concerning for pet owners to not have a warning!
