Do not purchase this dryer. Its great but after 2 years something inside came lose, these things happen and up to then it was a fantastic product but the 3 year warranty that is promised with this is non redeemable due to their lack of interaction with you. The 2 phone numbers registered online with this company are out of service and the website email contact and actual emails are ignored. I have emailed 4 times with no luck so I plan on turning up to their place of business to take this faulty product direct to them, when I get a spare afternoon, as they are not too far away from me but I shouldn't have to. In the meantime I have purchased a cheap amazon replacement so I can continue about my business without wet hair!!
I understand items break, its not been over used, its not for professional purposes its for personal use only, recommended to me by my old hairdresser. I do not like giving bad reviews but to ignore customers when they have an issue with their product is unacceptable.

I bought the hairdryer for £149.99 in December of 2022. A few weeks ago the dryer started blowing cold air even though I have been cleaning the air filter at the back of hairdryer. I messaged Hail Your Hair as the hairdryer is stated to have a 36 month warranty. Company has ignored my message, so thinking of reporting them to Trading Standards as the 36 month warranty is false advertising.

Hair dryer stopped working after about 11 months. Emailed them, they sent a return label, that was 5 months ago and still no response. Tel numbers don’t work and they won’t answer emails. Avoid this company. Buy one from a shop. Cowboys.

Highly recommend. Great product just took ages for delivery. Ordered it a week before daughter’s birthday and took just over two weeks to arrive.

I bought the hair dryer in November , all was ok until it just stopped working ,( I’d carried out clean the filer daily ) , I sent a message to there online message service explaining my issues , I heard nothing from then , so I rang and was told to send an email , so I did this is a while ago now not even had an acknowledgment they have received my message , so I tried there Facebook page and still no response, customer service is none existent

Really fab experience with this company. Ordered the damage-prevention hair straightener and it was delivered fast, packaged well with a nice box, a useful bag and heat protecting cover, and the straightener is amazing. Heats up fast but doesn’t cause damage, 180 degrees is just right for curls that last, hair doesn’t get tugged by the plates, it just glides and my hair looks so glossy and smooth afterwards. Beautiful curls and lovely for creating a blowout look. 10/10.

Customer Service the slowest I’ve ever experienced!!!
In just1 week off a year my hairdryer was
blowing only cold air . Apparently I didn’t clean the filter. As a professional hairdresser for 34 years I certainly know how to clean a filter . I’ve always used GHD before and a no quibble replacement if any problem occurred. Plus their customer service was the best .
Unfortunately for hailyourhair their customer service was extremely slow .i contacted them on July 17th this year and email after email, I finally got told September 13th , sorry not under our warranty !! Got offered £20 off a new dryer

If your a professional hairdresser stay away from this hairdryer go for the most well known brands that don’t disappoint!!

Very quick dispatch, but due to the bank holiday parcel didn't arrive until later than expected. Not a problem with that, also goods were very well packed.

Absolutely love my Hail hairdryer. Lightweight and so quiet- much gentler on my hair also.

I was looking for a 'back up' for my Dyson and spent ages looking on various websites for somethig which met the criteria. Having found the website it was good to see the background of the team and that they only offer a small range of products so I was optimistic about my purchase.
After a 'blip' with the courrier DPD, the team at Hail your Hair were on the case tracking my delivery which was impressive in terms of customer service. So a big thanks to all the team who reached out on this.
The dryer itself is lightweight and a great design, offering multiple settings for heat and output. It comes with 2 nozzles and if I had any criticism, I would have liked a slightly wider attachment. It dries my curly hair fast into a straighter style in about 12 minutes so pretty impressive. Overall I like the design and functionality of the dryer and I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a brilliant hairdryer. Light, quiet, lots if settings and it leaves my hair super shiny. I almost didn’t buy it as it’s expensive but I can truly say it was worth every penny !
