Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. For my second order, I was kept waiting for several weeks. Reply from the online chatting (customer service) were not on time and not helping. They quit from chatting before the issue has been resolved. That was a very sad experience.

Made an order on 27.08

Made an order on 27.08. and today is 03.09. still didnt received my package. Customer service telling me it will be the next day every day, but they even didnt send it, their given tracking code is not working. Terrible service!
