Incorrectly delivered my parcel: no responsibility, no refund, no replacement
They delivered my package to the incorrect address and their response has been to tell me there's nothing they can do. I reached out to them after reaching out the the courier who said only the sender can raise issues. They now said as the parcel was successfully delivered to another address there's nothing they can do and 'have a nice day'. This was after they ignored my first emails and toom 2 weeks to investigate when I chased them.
