I had a great experience with Hagmans Emporium when purchasing a Pokémon item. The whole process was smooth, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. This is now a formal complaint regarding return fraud.
I returned the item correctly, using tracked delivery, and the package was not empty. Your claim is false.
By denying the contents of the return, you are attempting to keep both the item and the payment, which constitutes fraudulent behaviour.
I have evidence of dispatch and delivery and I am now escalating this matter further.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with:
– Reporting this to Trading Standards
– Filing a formal complaint for fraud
– Submitting evidence to my payment provider again
– Leaving additional public reviews across multiple platforms
I am giving you one final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably before further action is taken.

Again, we refer you to the previous reply we gave regarding your fraudulent purchase attempt.
You claimed your TikTok Shop parcel arrived empty. Any other sellers reading this reply will know how common these messages are within the platform. We could both see the bulge in the proof of postage disproving this claim and even stated we could contact Royal Mail to check the parcel weight as it travelled through the system.
Instead of accepting an investigation, you immediately reached out to the platform for a refund request. TikTok sided with us and refused your refund after providing them the same images we were both looking at.
You decided to continue to abuse TikTok's generous returns process by changing the story from the item never arrived to the item was now faulty. You selected a returnless refund request here which again TikTok said no to.
Next you tried another route and requested an actual return which we accepted automatically under TikTok policy and awaited the delivery.
Now given how your behaviour was from the start, we recorded the opening of your parcel to find an empty game case. We captured the parcel from every angle fresh from delivery and sent this to the platform to review. They ruled once more in support of the seller/us.
You then went ahead and made multiple small value orders through many of your aliases which were all cancelled. Despite blocking each of these you kept coming back with more. This is not normal behaviour of any regular customer.
The police and Royal Mail have been contacted due to alleged parcel theft and the matter will be closely monitored.
We have retained all documentation and will continue to provide it to the appropriate parties if further claims are made. As a small business, we take attempted misuse of returns processes very seriously and will always protect ourselves and our genuine customers. We are fully prepared to share every note, video and image we have right from the point of "Hi my parcel is empty".
Ironic how you put what constitutes as fraudulent behaviour when our first interaction puts that ball firmly in your court.
