We ordered Artura wall hung vanity, brass taps, brass LED mirror, wall hung toilet and shower. All arrived promptly and well packaged. Fitters were impressed with the quality and the shower room look fabulous.

We ordered the Farringdon vanity unit and sink in green and we are over the moon. The quality and the finish of both unit and sink are incredible, and the Farrow and Ball colors are such a clever idea, it instantly makes the space look so posh!
The sink had a slight defect and was exchanged very quickly and with no trouble at all. Customer service was a delight to communicate with, I couldn't recommend this company more.

Really good company to deal with, great customer service and a nice product range. Unfortunately the couriers messed up the pallet delivery, but David at Haddon was really responsive by email, and proactive in resolving. We purchased the Bromley stone bath which looks great.

Excellent service from Haddons. David couldn’t do enough to help — communication was clear, timely and professional throughout. The shower tray looks lovely, but as it’s not in use yet, the five stars are for the customer service— for David in particular.

I ordered a brass tap from Haddon as I could not source the correct brass tap in N Ireland. I was hesitant about whether the colour and quality would be satisfactory. I was exceptionally pleased with the quality and the colour was perfect. Living in N Ireland is fraught with difficulties ordering from UK mainland with a limited number of companies being prepared to deal with the border paperwork. Haddon has stepped up and I am so appreciative that they have an inclusive approach to its N Ireland clientele.Well done! Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

We had such a great experience with Haddon. We ordered a bath, vanity unit, mirror and caddy over the Easter holidays, and everything was delivered to Northern Ireland within a week - amazing service. (I'm only writing this review now as our full bathroom renovation has just been completed.)
The products are absolutely beautiful and the quality is outstanding. The team were a dream to deal with - friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely throughout. They made the whole process really easy and stress-free.

Quality products and service. Had to replace one part that I ordered incorrectly and the replacement was sent free of charge the next day - over a month after the order. No questions asked.

Amazing customer service!!
The massive ballache that is a bathroom complete renovation was eased so much by Haddons! I messed up my order and had to exchange a shower screen and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Everything was arranged really quickly as was the refund! David even called to make sure I understood the email and quite frankly went above and beyond with customer service! The actual shower unit and screen itself is stunning! I would add a picture if it was all finished but of course it’s not! If only the rest had been this easy I may have saved myself some grey hairs! Thank you so much!

Ordered a stone shelf for our bathroom and unfortunately it arrived with a chip in it. Emailed customer services and they couriered a replacement to us the following day. Excellent customer service - can’t fault it. Shelf looks lovely too. Would recommend.
