HABITIUM surprise

Honestly, I came across habitium by accident, but when I seen there price in comparison to others my choice was made, price was very good, shipping was relatively quick, product arrived in tact. If I had one complaint it would be the courier service used, never liked Dpd, very bad company in handling ur good's & delivery with lil notice given. Other than that habitium is worth purchasing from

I purchased a wooden folding playground…

I purchased a wooden folding playground pinolino from Habitum. Unfortunately they are unable to supply this item they were prompt with their response and helpful when it came to trying to order a replacement. I will be ordering a replacement and look forward to a speedy delivery. I would have no reservations in ordering from this company again.

Did a great job

Did a great job, although it was very short notice and the logistics company (not Habitum) was late, they managed to deliver on time and were very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Save yourself money and time: avoid!!!

Client services are very very poor! Also, they took my money, sent me a product which doesn't work and now (almost there months later of comunicating with them) they do not want to replace it or give me my money back! Do NOT buy from them unless you have money to lose!
March, this year I ordered a dishwasher Whirlpool and had it delivered ~ 3 weeks later. Because we just moved into our house we didn't used it in the next days. Anyway, a week later we installed it and tried it. It simply did not start.
When we contacted habitium.pt they refered us to the manufacturer's service. Whirlpool service sent someone to check the fault, they said there was sensor missing and never came back to bring any sensor.
After a while I wrote back to habitium.pt to give me a new product and take the faulty one or to actually do something about it!!!!
Their answer was to ask me to provide some document from Whirlpool service.
Whirlpool service does not want to give me any documents because they are now waiting to give me a new product and in order to do that they need to evaluate ( no one knows what and when!). Is it just me, or this is like a Kafka experience?
Well, now I am sent from one incompetent client service to the other.
Therefore, I don't recommend habitium.pt, you risk to have your money taken and a faulty product for which they take no responsibility!

I was quite excited about this website…

I was quite excited about this website and their offering. The purchasing process was simple, however the delivery of the products has not gone well.

I imagine that the problem is with the delivery company and I have been in touch with Habitium and they have been moderately helpful. However, I'm waiting for items to arrive that have been marked 'delivered' that have not been delivered.

They delivery was shown as 22h on a Saturday night when no one was home so I'm positive that it was not delivered. The delivery company called me the next Saturday night to try to deliver the package and I was not there to receive it.

The items I ordered are time sensitive for a project and this has been a hassle.

UPDATE: The company got in touch with me on June 18th and said they were going send replacements for the lost sinks within a few days.

After chasing them for an update they are now (26 June) saying that it will take longer to replace the package and, at this point, I'd really prefer a refund.

I've seen all of the other reviews about this company and I'm not sure why my experience has been so poor.

Excellent

I placed an order for a Corona pine display unit with cupboard, self assemble but didn't take too long and easy to follow instructions. Solid and sturdy furniture.
It was well packaged, delivery was within the time frame.

I have now bought things from habitium…

I have now bought things from habitium 3 times, and yet again the service is exceptional,and the delivery is fast and painless, and the quality of the products professional. Oddly enough the pricing is also better than I could find Anywhere on the internet. Not sure why I would go anywhere else for my bathroom products. Keep it up!

Great customer service and product

I purchased a vanity unit from Habitium and was very satisfied. The website was easy to navigate, and payment was straightforward. Delivery arrived on time and well-packaged. Customer service promptly answered my questions. The product matches the description perfectly. Great quality and stylish design. I would definitely buy from Habitium again. Highly recommended!

Very delayed shipping- still processing 12 days later

Hi, I placed my order (a kitchen sink) which I am waiting for to complete my new kitchen and 12 days have passed since with it still showing as processing.

637272 is the order reference. This is too long. Please help me to get a clear status on this and get it shipped to the courier ASAP.

Please note your website says between 5 and 9 days for delivery, so why has it not arrrived yet or been sent to the courier yet?

I am very dissapointed and will be initiating a charge back via my bank for an item that has not been recieved if the item does not arrive within another week and I recieve no communication with a defined delivery date soon.

Please reply to me to resolve.

A month after I've ordered and still not here!!

I've ordered a simple Grohe bathroom faucet on May 23, and still did not get it.
They claimed UPS has it out for deliery, but the faucet never arrived.
I thought they were serious, but they are not.
Shop some place else, it will be safer and quicker.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I ordered 6 glasses for €42,70

I ordered 6 glasses for €42,70. They came via Spain. On delivery I opened the box in front of UPS Delivery man and we discovered 5 glasses instead of six. As instructed by Habitium beforehand, that in order for them to rectify a delivery the needed me to record this with the delivery service. I did not sign but instead wrote on his battery delivery device that only 5 glasses instead of a set of 6 were delivered. I also took a photo. This more than fulfilled their conditions! I sent an email reporting this but heard nothing back. I subsequently sent between then and now 11 emails and most of them were subsequently blocked by Habitium. I filled in two webforms - first one promising a reply but then in follow up they started asking me to send them further info. These emails also were returned non deliverable despite me using their correct email address. I wrote complaining about my emails being bounced back and then they asked me to find another way to send them the photos snd videos which were not even in their original conditions!!! Why should I have to sign up with other software services on the Internet to send them additional proof?? They have just been finding ways to avoid fulfilling their duties of rectifying the non delivery of the set of 6 glasses as ordered.I will NEVER order from them again and am going to go to my bank to request a visa refund!!

It is today 22 June 2025 and I still have not received a single reply to acknowledge their negligence and either give me a refund or send the extra glass!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
