Good product, works well. No instructions came with the order, so I had to wing it on installation but not too tricky. No instructions on the website either.

Fraud

Worse customer service. Paid for a table six weeks ago and still have not received it and never got tracking number for it and when I requested by refund , was told that if I do receive item that I have to pay for postage to have it returned . With it been a very heavy item, the postage would cost a fortune. Stay clear of this company as they are scam artists. I was told it would be with me over three weeks ago and still waiting

Sketchy drop ship company

Avoid doing business with this company, It looks like they are just re-odering things from China and posing as a local company without any local stock.

Ordered a generator, and have been waiting 3 weeks for them to provide a tracking number.

Borderline scammers. Hope they have not gone out of business and run off with my money.

Waiting for my TV stand more than a…

Waiting for my TV stand more than a month after being delivered but not to me be, it's almost 2 months and I haven't got my refund yet. The status has been confirmed by delivery company that the item has not been delivered to me. After that I haven't received monies back

I have ordered a genrrater from this…

I have ordered a generater from this company, on their website they give a delivery date of 3to5 working days, this is misleading, when that item doesn't arrive in that time and u ask were is my purchase they respond and say. The time line on our website is only a guideline, but it doesn't give any obvious indication of that. I have been waiting 14 days for my delivery, as its comming from Spain,they should have known that it would take longer then the the guideline that they give, it's a case of we have got your money so u will have to wait for our very slow delivery service, the website gives an indication that they operate from the ROI, and give an address in Dublin, the address they operate from is in France. It's right that people should be give more openness when parting with their money.well they have continued to disappoint, the generater wasn't delivered on the delivery date given, the 19 09 25, they just don't care a bout custermer satisfaction, I wish I could put the clock back, l wouldn't order from them know I now what i know about them . It's arrived, it took 18 days, Habitium have set themselves a very very low level of customer service and failed to achieve it, what a joke they are

I purchased a make up table from this…

I purchased a make up table from this company after waiting nearly a month on the delivery we unpacked the boxes and I had paid for the table to be built . When built it was evident that there was marks on numerous parts and as the table is pre drilled when being manufactured everything was out of line after paying 554€ I was beyond disappointed. I emailed Habitium who have informed me that they have to go through the manufacture even though I purchased from Habitiums website not the manufacturer do not purchase this table I will attach pictures and update the outcome I have asked for a refund as I am already out of pocket for what I paid to have it put together they want to send a partial table but unfortunately the same thing will happen as they are pre drilled do leave zero room to adjust. 17/09/2025 I have received a few emails thus far where Habitium seem to be acting like a third party in this case I have purchased the product from this company and they have repeatedly said they need to ask the manufacturer they have taken zero responsibility but have stated I can pay to return it and the manufacturer can give some new replacements but this product is not fixable due to the way it is pre drilled they are not adhearing to my statutory consumer rights and keep referring the blame to the manufacturer I am at a loss for paying to have it assembled but they refuse to refund me and to collect the faulty table
