Absolutely horrible and a complete…

Absolutely horrible and a complete rip-off! Getting the money to them with no buyer protection was bad enough. My package is now being held hostage by some fictitious shipping company that demands $400 because of "Insurance Matters". I probably won't get the package, and that's a lot of my hard-earned money out the window. Damn them!

Wanted Bank Wire after giving credit card info

After entering my credit card info and the website saying order complete (Feb 3), I got an email and text the next day stating card didn’t go through (Feb. 4), but I could wire the money to a random person’s bank account.

Told them no reason card wouldn’t go through so it must be on their end, and when I got the text I told them obviously to cancel any further action. It felt more than a little fishy.

Also, it just so happened that a few days after that strange interaction, on Feb 7, my AMEX was hit with fraud charges. I’m not claiming any link, but I’m turning all pertinent info over to AMEX’s fraud investigators.

This is a scamming site

This is a scamming site. I placed an order, but was not transferred to a payment webpage. Instead, I received an email asking me to send the payment through Venmo or Zelle. If you don’t know, these types of payment do not have any buyer protection. The website looks legit enough, but if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
