Die PHS gehört zu 100% dem Inhaber Roland Stieder und hat sich bislang ausschließlich auf den Friseurmarkt konzentriert. Da aber die Nachfrage von Endkunden an exklusiven Friseurprodukten immer größer wurde und auch das Internet nicht mehr wegzudenken ist, war die Gründung eines Onlineshops notwendig.

Poor Return Policy
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, but there was no option to return or exchange it through the website. I had to return it on my own, which was expensive, so I ended up keeping the product. Very disappointing experience—better return policies and clearer options for exchanges would be helpful.
