This company has taken 22 pound out of my account and I have no service with them.
I am trying to get my money back and finding it difficult for the team to find my account. It is odd that they are unable to find my account on the system but have my bank details.

Thievs

Thievs. I returned my 5g hub to h3g and constantly received threats of being charged for none returned item. I constantly rang h3g to advice them that I had proof of postage. On 24th November spoke to a guy at the call centre and have him the tracking number which he checked and confirmed the unit had been returned. Today they have taken £105 from my account. Luckily I have still got the proof of postage. Next course of action County Court. Be very aware of these thieves.

Disgusting 'service'

Disgusting 'service'. I called this company to inform them of a criminal activity, that Direct debits were being withdrawn by a ID fraud and hacking team.
They refused to help in any productive way. Would not take the Action fraud reference number and would not open a case.
The worst customer service I have ever received.
They seriously do not care about their customers in any way at all.
Avoid at all costs!

I have been trying to cancel two unused…

I have been trying to cancel two unused phone lines with Three UK (H3G) for the past three years, but despite numerous attempts, they continue to refuse my request. They repeatedly provide excuses instead of solutions.

To make matters worse, Three does not provide a direct email address for customer service, which makes it impossible to resolve this issue in writing. This leaves me no option but to write on public platforms like Trustpilot.

I have made direct debit payments for years to avoid credit score issues, even though I no longer use these lines. I demand an immediate cancellation and confirmation in writing. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to Ofcom and the Telecom Ombudsman.

Three UK, please respond to this complaint and provide a resolution via email.

HONESTLY?

HONESTLY?! Those questions, witch appear before you start typing.... "What went wrong this time?", "What this company could do to improve?" startled me... I've cried with laughter.... Well, first of all, they could stop setting up fraudulent direct debits on random accounts... They started around 2012 scamming their own clients, loosing most of them, and after 12 years they are desperately expanding their criminal activity by stealing any personal bank details they can get, setting up false direct debits with short notice... It usually happens on weekend...This way, unless you have your bank app, you definitely won't notice or be able to cancel it before your bank transfer your money to them! Then you have to face long and complicated and costly fraudulent investigation, therefore majority of banks "refunding" missing money to the client... Letting those bloody scammers get away with it encouraging them to do this again and again. Shame of you ThreeNetwork!!!!

Corrupted software is standard at Three. Avoid.

Responding to an email about my contract expiring I tried to renew on line but the link did not work so I went to the nearest Three shop in Macclesfield and asked for advice. I was told that the contracts I'd been offered in my email did not exist and that this had happened to lots of other people. I was helped to take out a new contract at my existing rate which was a big relief because the email said if i did not upgrade i would be put on a more expensive monthly sim only contract. This was on 7th March 2024.
I thought it was all sorted out but I continued to receive threatening emails and I contacted customer service using a phone number I was given years ago when I got my first iPhone. (I had searched on line for a phone number but all advice went back to links telling me to use their website and this only produced robotic responses).I got through on my old Three customer service number and got them got them to send me an email saying i had upgraded my contract which was valid until 6th March 2026. This email was a no reply one!!!!
Yesterday I received a letter from Three saying that I had NOT upgraded my contract I would be put onto the new Sim only one month contract. I was upset and annoyed. I phoned customer service again and spoke to an indian gentleman called Mahesh who looked into my account and said I would have no more problems now. I only hope he is right but I don't trust this dreadful company. I would advise anyone considering joining Three to think again. Their communication technology is so awful I am wondering if it was set up by the same company who caused all the problems with the post office?

Near impossible to cancel

After six months and seven expensive phone calls to their call centre in India I might have finally managed to cancel a contract for a phone I don't have with a number I don't use for a country I don't live in.

Truly diabolical customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. A company that robs you! I thought I had cancelled with them in December. However, my contract was still active and they were still taking out £78 a month even though I am not using my Sim or the phone that I had used for my contract. I have tried to cancel my account again and have been told that I will not get a refund. I am fuming. Do not go with three they write these in the small print to say that if you do not use your PAC number within a certain amount of time, they will still keep your account active and charge you money . had no idea

I am not a customer of Three but they took £741 out of my account this morning. Trying to find out why has been incredibly frustrating and I still don't have an answer from them. They want me to send them my bank statement...

This facility take unauthorised monies from your bank account. Had to chase up on three different occasions now. I have an agreement that no extra services can be billed to my account. Seems there is a gulf between intent and reality.

Takes money. Does not tell the truth. Does not refund.

This company provided terrible mifi dongle service. So I asked for cancellation without cancellation fee. They agreed to this. I then got a text saying the cancellation fee was X and this would be taken from my account on a specific date. I cancelled my direct debit and called Three. They confirmed they wouldn't take it. Then I got another text to say the bill amount. I called again and they said they wouldn't take it. Of course - they did take it. I have called since three times. Each time they said that I would receive a refund. At no time have I receive a refund - so I follow up each time with a chat. Unfortunately I cannot get through to them by phone now as my number has been cancelled and I can't get through - there is no option of going straight to Agent. Today when I called to ask where my refund was - it should have arrived a week ago - they said there was no record of my conversations with them and that there was no refund pending. So I gathered all my info again and went on to chat again fully armed with dates and amounts and conversations. The agent said he would pass to Billing Investigations and that they would get back to me within 48 hours. I don't believe him but I had no option but to end the chat. I did ask for a direct number for billing investigations but all he did was give the original number where I can't get anywhere because the number no longer exists. Each time I request chat record is forwarded to my email. It never arrives - but I do take screen shots. Dreadful company. They do not follow up. They do not tell the truth. They do not refund what they should refund (so far). DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

I received unexplained direct debits from Three, but their customer support was unhelpful.

About four months ago, my business fell victim to a scam. Recently, I noticed some unexpected direct debit payments from Three (H3G) on my business's bank account, even though we don't have any contracts with Three. I strongly suspect that someone used our information to open an account with Three and carry out fraudulent transactions.

I have reached out to Three's personal and business teams five times already in order to request a refund for these payments. However, every time I contacted them, they told me to wait and get back to them again. But, when I contacted them again, they kept asking me for all the information again and to wait once more. I felt like they didn't want to help me as a victim, despite not being their customer.

When we contacted British Gas about a similar problem, they quickly resolved the issue within 30 minutes.

Now, I don't know how to get my business money back. I contacted my bank, but they need confirmation from Three. All I can do is to complain all around about Three customer service.

I haven't been with Three in over ten years. Today my bank app pings me to let me know that H3G are trying to take out a £65 direct debit. Of course I cancelled the direct debit immediately as I do not have any Three contracts or devices. Beware!

What on earth is going on??

Every time I try and call they say they are having technical issues and hang up. They are currently trying to take almost £80 from my account for a small monthly direct debit and I can’t even get an explanation. This is beyond poor and I’m pretty angry about all of the time wasting and inconvenience with my bank!!! Avoid this company
