Ordered on the 27th April and still haven’t received my order. Now worried I’ve been scammed because I have no email to prove I purchased it only the email to say what payments I made. I have emailed the website and Hopfuly I can get a refund
?!

I have ordered from this company multiple times but the last two occasions have been terrible. The previous order arrived 10 days later than advised and only because I had emailed them multiple times (but this was the 1st time havingan issue). The latest order arrived 4 days later than advised and half the order is missing, I have emailed them asking where my items are, and or if they are going to refund me for the missing item, (which on the label says its unavailable).

Four emails and still no response. I won't be ordering from this company in future and I would advise everyone to avoid.

Ordered 28th April, 2-4 days delivery requested. No parcel, no trace of tracking number, no response to email. Would have referred to my bank had a refund not been issued BUT after 2nd email ann alleged refund has been issued. Still doesn’t account why I received fake postage information???? Very dodgy imho, I’d Avoid this company.

My package never came they rip me off and there phone number don't work and they don't answer there emails this company is a con taking hard working people money and not sending there package

I made an order via this site and decided to look at reviews afterwards. I became very worried I may have been scammed because of all the negative reviews. I even tried disputing my payment immediately and sent them a frustrated email. However, the goods arrived 6 days after making my order and they threw a little gift in there as well. So for anyone reading this, they are a legitimate company and definitely not scammers as some people have said. Yes they may be a little slow but the order came within a week which is still fine with me. I would order from here again. Thanks again fellas

I placed an order 7 days ago.
Your website claims that it will be delivered within 4 or 5 days but royal mail are still waiting for the item.
I already sent you an email, obviously you failed to respond!
Tried to call you but your number is out of service.
It's a disgrace!

Brought MK 677 off them for £48.98 on the 22nd of February. Sent them a email on the 27th of February saying Hello I brought some MK 677 off you on Saturday please see attachment. But no email from and I have not received them?
The attachment what an attachment of my bank statement showing that I had paid.
I hope this company responds to either give me the product or a refund.
Or I will be contacting them every way possible.
Plus going to my bank to get a refund if they don’t give me a refund. Then putting them down as a SCAM!

If I could give this company zero stars I would do People avoid with caution this company is a joke. They take your money and don’t even get back to you never again would I be ordering from this place? Don’t know what they’re trying to set up. It’s a farse Even left them messages on Instagram about my order and no one‘s got back to me so I had to take it up with my bank to get my money back avoid people joke of a company a load of shit.

Absolutely shocking avoid at all costs. You email them you get no response it’s like they just take your money and that’s that. Never again will I be using this company neither will anyone I know. Don’t even know if they’ll give me a refund my order was £58 don’t think they care.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing! Not recieved my order and Royal Mail just says “we are expecting it”. I have tried to contact them with no response back. I have emailed two email address's, Instagram and TikTok but no response. AVOID

A genuine company that looks after there customers one bad order and it was resolved in a day with easy polite communication from the college from gym supplements will be advising people to shop with them as it's hassle free and competitive pricing one very happy customer

Please avoid they have done me over too, paid for and nothing, all they do is blame the post.

Negative comments are true. Ordered stuff before reading reviews , schoolboy error… stuck at “expecting order” or tracking system so clearly not sent. No response via email or social media so obviously don’t really care…. Still awaiting refund or items.

Update - recieved an email apologising and saying some of my items went out of stock after order acceptance (obvious bullshit) Nadia promised to send the items they had as part dispatch, this was 2 days ago but nothing sent and again emails ignored. Absolute shocking business.. will definitely never be using them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
My order ( 50+ pounds) never arrived ! Three months later I keep sending them emails that they never reply to and now the case has been taken to the ombudsman.

I have ordered from here and not received my order and when emailed twice and used instagram dm I have had no reply back
Will not be purchasing from here again

I have only used them once and they have sent me the wrong product. I have had no response when emailing them.

Edit: No returns label has been received.

I have been using gym supplements for my supplement supply, their service is great and are always available when you send them an e Mail, great products, great service and communication. I will continue to use them in the future,

Very good products, been using them for a while. Have some issues with courier companies but they fix the issues promptly. Recommended to everyone! Amazing prices and freebies with orders!

Royal Mail haven’t received the parcel and no reply for @gymsupplements will be taking my custom elsewhere
