Purchase of a Cybex Arc Trainer
Keith, the manager of the store was a pleasure to work with. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I told him what kind of workout I was interested in and my concerns about placing too much pressure on my lower back and knees. He confirmed my thoughts about trying the Arc Trainer and I purchased one. I am extremely happy with this machine and the service that I received from Gym source!

Delivered not working
they delivered and set up, but one piece not working and 1 piece missing a piece. Technician came back, but can't fix, still not working. waiting for our 3rd appointment for repairs on equipment no one has used yet. Frustrating.

Great Customer Service!!!
From the moment we walked through the door, the team at Gym Source was extremely helpful without being pushy. We did not feel pressured or pushed in any way and were given honest feedback about the products. Even the delivery/setup team was great! They were professional and asked if I needed any instructions on how to use the treadmill we purchased. In the future, when we are ready to purchase additional equipment for our home, I will be going back to Gym Source for it. Thank you, Gym Source.
