I’ve been in a fitness frenzy ever since I started eating healthy last year in September. I had a gym membership and took kickboxing, but it just wasn’t enough for me. I decided I wanted to have an at home gym, so I started looking into an online fitness equipment retailer. Gym Pros was one of a few that I did some research on. I decided to ultimately give them my business! However, I decided to start with a small, preliminary order just to make sure my first batch of equipment showed up on time, I ordered a treadmill and a set of dumbbells. They ended up arriving in 4 weeks, which was around the timeframe that was guaranteed. I plan on ordering again around Christmas time, since this went so well!

This company stole $3200 from me for a Stairmill that I purchased. BUYERS beware of Gym Pros out of Huntington CA! 6 months ago, I bought a stairmill for $3200 over the phone from Brie Garret/Gympros in Huntington Beach California. Brie Garrett (company rep) & the Owner (who took my payment) and I talked over the delivery - they assured me it was able to be placed in my garage. The delivery was a week late, then the delivery guy (who also made sexual comments to me in my home, which Brie Garret from Gympros laughed about when I told her) refused to put it in my garage. He actually said he was going to "leave it on my sidewalk" (a 600 lb piece of gym equipment that stand over 6' high on my sidewalk in the suburbs). Then he loaded it back up onto the truck and that was the last I saw of it. Gympros claims they are only required to leave it curbside. Although Brie verbally agreed to make certain it was in my garage - which was ONLY 2 feet from the delivery truck. How absurd. They also claim that I "denied" the delivery (I didn't) bc I didnt want it placed on my sidewalk. I totally understand multiple delivery options and am used to delivery of products to my home - Brie "gave me" delivery for free bc I purchased it that same day and they wanted the sale. I didnt ask for the stairmill to be set up, not even unwrapped - just put inside my garage...10feet from the curb and 2 feet from his truck. Which was agreed on before I purchased it. There was never a signed document from me for their policies and procedures. They sent that to me after I paid. How convenient. . Gympros actually had the audacity to lie to the Paypal rep on a 3-way call with me and them, and say they "sent Holly's money back" but they obviously didn't. There is no history or record of that transaction for a refund. And when asked to prove it, they couldn't. . So here I am 6 mths later, LESS $3200 & NO stairmill. And, interestingly, Brie Garrett from Gympros won't return my calls or any calls from Paypal. HOW is this legal??

The service from Sarah McCammon was unbelievable. She was so helpful, very excited, and wanted to do anything to help me with my purchase! I felt extremely comfortable purchasing an arc trainer from this company. Unfortunately, I lost my job a few days after, and we could not afford the Arc Trainer anymore. Because it was already shipped out, I had to pay a small restocking fee, but I paid it happily because Sarah did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of. Honestly, I believe this is the best customer service I've ever received. She was so genuine and really respected my situation and time. I look forward to coming back to purchase a machine from Gym Pros BECAUSE of Sarah and the excellent service I was provided.

Do not, I repeat, do not do business with this company. They will take your money and order for the product you want, then a month later, when your product arrives, it will be a complete different and inferior brand. They will not give you notice of the change and will treat you like garbage because of your anger at the deception. What they do is bait and switch.

They will act snarky and condescending in emails, messages, and via phone. They will not make it right in any way that would be acceptable to good customer service and a pleasant retail experience. I wish I had researched this company previously before entering into a consumer relationship with them. I’ve never been treated this badly and with this much disdain from a retailer before. The product was ordered a month ago and arrived today 8-21-18. The shipping company drops the product and leaves before you can even get it open to refuse shipment. The company tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for being upset over the issue. Their remedy is to pick up the bike and issue a refund, then charge me again, when and if, the correct bike arrives. This could be months and now we have to wait on the credit card refund to order from another site. The correct recompense would be to replace the junk bike with the correct model and brand ordered. They promised a “good faith” gesture to refund the money and allow use of the inferior bike until the new one arrives then charge. They reneged on that offer as well. Bad business

With a refurbished item there is always some wear, but I had to fix a broken stabilizer upon arrival. The bike works well now that it is balanced.

I recently bought a remanufactured Life fitness CLST integrity treadmill from gym pros.After checking with Life Fitness and getting a quote for a new one I couldn't believe they cost over $10,000.00 I decided to try a remanufactured unit. The process of researching fitness equipment remanufacturers was trying. I couldn't believe how many rip off company's are out there. I came across gym pros and because they had an A rating with the BBB along with the fact that they actually remanufacture the equipment themselves I made the purchase. I couldn't be happier! This thing is brand new and runs great and I saved over $7000.00 compared to a new one from life fitness.I live in Aliso Viejo and they are based out of Huntington Beach they even gave me free delivery and set up. These guys are the best. I'm in the process of setting up an excercise room in my house and In will definitely get all of my equipment from Gym Pros. It's a no brainer.

Oh, my goodness, what a FANTASTIC experience I just had. I am looking for a new piece of exercise equipment, but I am not sure if I want to go treadmill or elliptical. I saw some illustrations initially, still unsure of which direction I wanted to take with this, and then I saw a pop-up greeting from a lady named Brie (last name unknown). She was AWESOME. I asked a slew of questions, and Brie was patient and helpful to the core. I now have two CRYSTAL-CLEAR pictures of my choices in terms of purchasing either type of equipment, thanks ENTIRELY to Brie. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Brie. You are truly a credit to your craft.

The owner Roy was very generous, customer service was very responsive and professional, and even installed it without charge.

I had purchased a Life Fitness treadmill for my home use. Have had it for about a year. Started to notice a problem with it not running as smooth as normal. I called Gym Pros and inquired about my warranty and having it looked at. They were very helpful over the phone and scheduled a tech to come out. Tech was out within a couple of days and fixed my treadmill so it's running like new! Very happy with the service from Gym Pros. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will be calling them again!

This stuff is the best. Great combination of old school rock pile weights and new innovative gear. Keeps this 50+ year-old motivated.

I purchased an AMT elliptical because my physical therapy recommended this machine. I searched online and brand new these were $11,000.00. I then looked up used and found GYMPROS. I decided to go with them because they were half the price. I was more then pleased when the machine arrived. It looked brand new.

Superb customer service and a personalized experience with GymPros. Would recommend them to anyone looking awesome fitness equipment, and a company that offers great value.

Our company has been doing business with Roy Crocker at Gym Pro's/Excelleration Fitness for the last 4 years buying multiple items every year. Not only are we happy with the pricing we offered but the customer service they provide is stellar. We have had minimal service needs after purchasing items but when we do Roy and his team is always on it asap.

These guys didn't just give me a good price, but even helped me choose the right equipment. I'm planning on buying my multigym soon from them.

I purchased a spin bike and love it! Excellent condition. Would definitely purchase from them again.
