Easy return
I bought the gym equipment but the next day was told I couldn't use it because of an injury. I contacted customer service and the return was so easy! I hadn't removed anything from the box and they refunded the whole amount. I was so impressed. The package was so heavy but only £8 to return tracked. I'm very happy with my experience and customer service was excellent from start to finish.

Decent quality band and bar set
The belt itself is decent quality and I am on my first week on the starting strong video which is quite informative. My only critism would be it would be useful to have a PDF diagram of all the possible exercises with each band and bar set as I whish now I had purchased the HIIt bands as I struggle with kneeling exersizes due to arthritis. Overall band and bar is very good.

Makes such a difference to my day by completing my workout in the morning.
Makes training your body more achievable than going to the gym, more time and energy invested into training rather than travelling and wasting time waiting for apparatus equipment to come free
As a road cyclist, I'm about 2 weeks in now and I'm already seeing changes on how I ride the bike - hills are easier, maintaining higher average speeds. I've trained my breathing so I'm able to hold my pace much better as I'm not puffing and panting
The app is excellent, very clear but the video workouts are also on YouTube
Plenty of variation in exercises too

There are several positives and negatives.
+the YouTube series of videos, while not particularly polished looking are pretty good and challenging.
+the bands and neoprene belt seems robust
-the app is useless.
-it’s sometimes tricky to change bands and if you only have one band on, the belt likes to rotate around.

So fair so good
I am in my second week of following along with Marcus's start strong work outs guides available on YouTube or via the app. I enjoy the fact that I am to follow along with him as it takes the stress away of having to come up with my own workout routine.
The guide is made for everyone of all levels and I definitely feel I will improve with theses workout as I practice them more.
If you are considering this item I would definitely recommend it and would suggest that you check out there start strong 1 guide available on YouTube.
I'm only in my second week so only time will tell how much of a difference I will see.

As a 68 year old, going to the gym and queuing for kit was the last thing I wanted. This has been a bit of a revelation and a week in I am sore in places I forgot I had muscles. Great service and the kit and support fully live up to promises and expectations

Great home fitness product and community
Great fitness product that has allowed me to get fit and toned from home. Love the videos to follow and Facebook community where everyone is really supportive. Only reason I haven't given it a 5 is because I've now had two white bands snap. Customer service was great at getting a new one out to me, but need to contact about the second one. I bought two spare as a backup, but it's a pain to keep going through the claim process.

Don’t waste your money…
Having used the product since January 2026 I can honestly say I would never recommend this product to anyone. How this company has such a high rating makes me extremely suspicious.
Ordering and delivery were perfect, cannot fault them there and at the start, the product was good. I started to get into a rhythm… until one band snapped. Got in contact with customer services and they resolved it very quickly, I only had to pay postage (annoying but it’s part of their policy, fine).
The band took a couple of weeks to arrive but then two weeks after that, another band snapped. At this point I’d lost any confidence in the product and contacted customer service again to take them up on their ‘100-day-money-back guarantee’. I was refused my money back because the product was used and broken… that’s not how a money back guarantee works. I made this clear to them, they argued and argued (in a very patronising way too) until I provided plenty of evidence to the contrary and they removed all mention of the money back guarantee from their website, proving they knew they were lying in the first place. Still no money back though…
They sent me two more bands which of course, snapped. 4 bands in 4 months… I’d say maybe I got unlucky but surely not unlucky x 4. At this rate I’d be paying £40.80 a year to keep replacing bands without getting in to any kind of rhythm.
The product is not fit for purpose and the customer service is appalling. All in all - DO NOT BUY!

Whilst our lifetime warranty covers replacement bands, with customers contributing towards postage costs, we appreciate your feedback regarding the inconvenience and cumulative frustration caused when multiple replacements are needed. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the wording and interpretation of the 100-day money-back guarantee, and feedback such as yours has helped us review and improve how this is communicated on our website moving forward. (we no longer offer the 100 day guarantee)
Although we did attempt to support through replacement bands and ongoing communication, we’re sorry to hear you felt dissatisfied with the way this was handled and that the experience did not meet your expectations.
