The courier back end and tracking number shows that your order was out for delivery on the 16th of July after the Eid holidays were over, which caused orders to be delayed — but couriers couldn’t connect with you that time.

Good quality of fabrics, fast delivery and for fair prices.i bought three paris of pants, the only issue is that the zippers of the baggy pants, ultra flex are small and they’re not identical in the direction of opening and closing

After reviewing your case: Your refund was actually processed within our Returns and Exchange Policy (14 working days) and you received an email notification with confirmation from our side, but you will only be contacted by phone from the courier service whom will pick up and deliver your cash at the same time (the reason is we make it a seamless experience for our customers without any disturbances to their daily schedules).
An email was sent out to you today, with the update, as per first working day after Eid Holidays.
As for sizing, it all depends on preference and body types from one person to another... but we will definitely look into this specific article, and see if theres anything our technical design team can enhance on coming collections -- and If any flaws, were there we would've been more than happy to put an exchange for you (if that was the preferred resolution on your end).

Size needs to be a little bigger for the waist area
Zippers for the side pockets are much smaller than the pocket itself. Zipper needs to be longer to fit the wallet
