Please check your invoice system, every month I get an invoice which claims an amount of 6-month services which is incoherent. Thanks, Fabrice

Thanks a lot for your feedback. We just checked our systems, indeed, we did send reminders for an invoice raised in May that you settled in August. These were merely reminder notifications for the same overdue invoice on our systems.
We indeed invoice you on a 6 month basis as per your initial instructions during account setup, and we do invoice in advance of the upcoming billing cycle ( in your case every 6month in advance )
To avoid getting reminder e-mails, we'd recommend setting-up a standing order for these recurring payments.
Regarding the incoherence, indeed we apologise about that. Our accounts team flagged it in February, and we proactively took care of it earlier in February itself by applying a credit to your account for invoices that were issued by mistake ( these were sent to you in February itself when we noticed this problem )
Again, apologies about those.
