Excellent customer service
A stock error meant that my choice of colour and quantity was unavailable. I had a prompt email with about five solutions to the problem. After some discussion, I chose another colour in the same wool rather than wait for stock to arrive.

Great products competitive prices, but using Hermes with useless tracking and delivery time and date information is extremely poor, trying to contact Hermes I can only get an automated read out of the mails and cannot speak to them.

I am very sorry that your experience had not been worthy of 5-stars due to the lack of clear communication from Hermes with regards to the tracking information. I will be taking this up with Hermes to work with them to ensure that it does not reoccur. If we are unable to resolve it then we will cease to use them as the satisfaction of our customers is paramount.
