My experience with the Gweike team has…
My experience with the Gweike team has been great! Their laser machines are top notch, but more importantly, their technical teams are easily available for support and guidance. There is a steep learning curve when you're getting oriented and that's when the support is particularly useful. Their lasers are also good value compared to other options on the market!
very good machine 15W UV galvo,
very good machine 15W UV galvo,
consistent and solid built.
many materials can be engraved with little bit of testing and trials.
The glass engraving is absolutely great.
Previously
Previously, I used different slicing software, but this time l decided to give GweikeCloud's slicing tool a shot. I found it to be user-friendly! The settings are clear and easy to adjust, the slicing speed is quick, and the generated paths are well thought out.
I've always wanted to play around with
I've always wanted to play around with a laser engraver so after comparing several options I finally settled on the GweikeCloud model. Once it arrived I realized offered fantastic value for money It's super easy to operate ,and the engravings come out beautifully.
After getting my GK-E3S Pro 3D printer
After getting my GK-E3S Pro 3D printer I couldn't wait to give it a try The installation went smoothly, and the manual was really detailed The models printed with high precision, capturing all the fine details - way better than l expected!
G7 10W Love it
Got my Gweike cloud G7 back in June and love. I got the 10w with 80mm tower and I’m able to get some good curved engravings on glass. Highly recommend getting the G7. Great value awesome machine!
Superior fiber laser
I've been using this laser for months. It's by far the most reliable laser in my shop.
Nice little machine
This laser is perfect for beginners, especially considering the great price! Shipping to Canada was a breeze, and the hardware has been flawless.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Villa helped me a lot through e-mail and was always quick with getting back to me with a response. I was very impressed.
Recently bought the G2 roller to go…
Recently bought the G2 roller to go with the G2 fiber laser. Everything works amazingly and has been very easy to use.
Great device
Great device, that does the job at reasonable price.
It is portable and easy to operate. Would buy it again!
Laser great, accessories not so
Ordered a Gweike G2 fiber laser with 150x150 mm work area and electric focusing motor and some accessories, including a safety shield. For 100 EUR, the safety shield, even if it would provide protection from laser, is something not worth the price.
It feels the shield is just hacked together in a hurry. There's an extension piece to the basic shield to cover the increased focusing distance (base shield is for smaller 110x110m work area). It's cumbersome to fix those two parts together and the extension piece makes the resulting combination very clumsy. The shield has two magnets and some nibbles that should keep the cover in its place, but the fixing is not solid and leaves the cover hanging loose and asymmetric. When the cover is in place and focus is set to correct distance, user cannot swap work pieces without first removing the cover.. ..but the cover cannot be removed without running the focusing motor to drive the laser head up (and losing the focus and exact placement of the piece). The worst thing to solidify the disappointment is that the focusing motor with the gearing is s-o-o-o-ooo-o slow.
Finalizing the disappointment on the safety shield: There's a small fan that should extract the fumes out from the shielded area. I've never heard such a loud noise from such a small fan, it's like it's grinding its own death. The motor's power cable is so short (and for some weird reason it needs to be connected to the main laser unit and not to the laser head that the rest of the shield is moving with) that it affects the usability of the fan altogether.
solving a very long time problem
I've reserved the 30W. I'm already looking forward to it coming in to my ideas. but it's so disappointing that I've waited so long than the original plan you said sales! When the goods arrived, I read the manual and started starting the machine, but it didn't work at all! I contacted the support team and they made me open all the machines to check? I had to do what they said too, and as a result, the power cord of the product was broken, They said they would send me a new line, but I waited for almost 20 days but didn't get it! I had to contact you again when they said the company is buying the power cord? what? It's been over 20 days and the company is still buying? Then when will I receive it and use it? I asked them to change the phone, but I haven't received an answer yet!
Communication Nightmare
My situation may just be one-off compared to other peoples purchases, but I have never experienced such a catastrophic failure of communication with a company before.
Apparently, I needed to know that the courier service would be calling me to confirm my availability for delivery. That wouldn't of been an issue had they bothered to give me any notice. Every time the courier called, it would come up as spam, or I'd be in the middle of work. Obviously they'd leave a voicemail so I'd know who was calling, right?...not at all.
Oh shoot, I forgot to use my clairvoyancy.
Great price, super fast delivery
Bought my Laser as a bundle for a great price and it was delivered to Central Queensland in a few days, super quick delivery.
I am very satisfied with the accessobility
I am very satisfied with the accessibility, they are friendly and eager to help. Technical support also takes place via WhatsApp and always responds to messages promptly.
Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Only 4 workdays.
The support was quick to answer when I needed help with the unit.
All and all, very pleased with everything.
Good machine, expensive but good
The laser goes very well. I test it a little. The delivery company in Spain (SEUR) was awful and bad, Gweike should choice a better one to transport its international shipments. Gweike laser G2 Pro is a good laser engraver.
Give better ways of communicating
All was good except when it came to help set up the machine, you guys have no way talking to someone instead you want to go through WhatsApp! Not to mention when you message with tech support, they leave you hanging for whatever reason, perhaps they don’t know the answer but at least answer quickly and let someone know you’re still there and not get ghosted.
