Expired Microsoft Office Key and Unhelpful Support
I bought a Microsoft Office key a few years ago, and it is now invalid. Support did not offer a real solution and simply told me to buy another key. Very disappointing for a product sold as a license. I would not recommend this site if you want a long-lasting activation and genuine after-sales support.
Edit: Support contacted me after my review, but unfortunately they didn’t help at all. They simply sent me a generic message saying that they couldn’t do anything about the situation. Still no actual solution was provided.

Quick solutions thanks to the team
I bought a Windows 11 Home key, and when I opened my settings, I realized I had the Pro version installed (not Home). I panicked, thinking I would either have to buy another key or completely wipe my computer and reinstall Windows Home. I contacted them via Live Chat and they resolved the issue instantly. They exchanged the Home key I bought for a Pro one right away. I couldn't be more grateful. I would definitely buy from them again.

They refuse to provide my key
I bought a Windows 11 Pro key in July 2024. Today, in August 2026, I had to format my PC and discovered that the key wasn't linked to either the hardware or my email. Okay. I tried logging into the site to retrieve the key, but it wasn't there. My "cumulative consumption amount" shows the price I paid for the Windows license back then, yet they claim they "deleted the database to make the site run faster." They refuse to provide my key, even though I have proof. They are crooks.
25/08/2026 - No contact so far. Just promises and lies.

Save Money with Them!!!
Got my Windows 11 Pro Key with them. It worked and saved me tons of money. I hesitated, but they were promoted by a tech vlogger on YouTube, so I figured an influencer with lots of followers should have some legitimacy. But I was also like, ok, I'll gamble my $23; if it doesn't work, then it's free money for them. But again, LEGIT it is.

I would not recommend buying from this website. I purchased software here in the past, but later my purchase completely disappeared from my order history. I contacted customer support, and they said they could not find the order in their system and could not help me recover the serial key I had already paid for.
This is extremely unreliable. A purchase should not simply disappear from your account, especially when the serial key is only accessible through the website. If something goes wrong, support apparently does nothing to resolve it. I would not trust this website with another purchase this is a scam
