Excellent product, installed by knowledgeable professional in a prompt and courteous manner.

The work done was great, looks great and was exactly what I had in mind.The installers were real professionals and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Everything was completed in one day, demolition and installation. They cleaned up completely when they were finished and hauled off all residue. Everyone i have showed it to says it looks great. It works great also. Having the Kohler equipment is a plus.
Can't say as much about the sales people. Pushy and I had to listen to about an hour of company history and blowing their own horn. If my wife was still alive they would have been thrown out about the time they insisted she had to view their presentation.

He was polite an fast. Did no leave any mass to clean up.

Great company, gutters work perfect and looks amazing. Great customer service. I have received a couple of calls after installation just making sure I'm still enjoying and having no issues with the gutters. Highly recommend this company!!!

Pleased with the installation and the timely manner in which the work was done.Workers cleaned up after the job was done. Would recommend this company to anyone that needed gutters.

Every person we interacted with did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. It was so refreshing. We are very pleased with the gutters, too!

We signed a contract to install new windows in our home, they were measured twice. We were told installation would take a day. They took 2 days and could not install 2 windows as they had been measured wrong. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get them and they would be installed as soon as they came in. I called after not hearing for 3 weeks and they had received 7 days prior to my call. We were then told we would be on the schedule 14 days later May 10th. He did not show we had no call from company cancelling and are the job still incomplete. We are unhappy with the quality and installation and the lack of communication from this company. Beware of this company they say the product and the company are the best but clearly nobody knows how to communicate with customers, deliver a good product and stand up to what they claim.

I am very happy with my walk in shower and would recommend Ultimate GutterGuard.

Good experience. Initial presentation was very professional. Installers were on-time and professional. Made the gutters on-site. They look and work great.

Did not do a good job. Lacking in general knowledge and common sense. Installed a downspout that blocked my door and pointed downspout under my house instead of away from it.

Very professional workers.
Salesman gave a great presentation.

Good service at first. Still waiting on a return phone call from a service member to schedule when our downspouts can be adjusted. Someone was supposed to call today, but no one has. (Since we are building a new house, it is important that we have this adjustment made quickly, while landscapers are there).
Hopefully, this situation will be rectified soon. Otherwise, all service and treatment was good.

Their employees were all very professional. The day they came to install they were quick and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the service and the product.
