Hi guys just a warning do not use gusto , loyal customer for 6 months , didn’t turn up with my order , tried to accuse me of lying and not answering the door , the quality is poor , recipe cards missing , food missing , veg mouldy , have me an opportunity to go with HELLO FRESH , hello fresh much better , food service is excellent , please don’t use gusto you will be very disappointed and feel ripped off
I’ve had someone knock 3 times now. really annoying when I’m trying to look after my baby or put him down for a nap and the same person knocks. Not interested - please get the message.
A REP KNOCK IN my door at 20:15 this evening, I polite declined his offer due cultivate my own vegetables and get my meat from my butcher, (supporting the community shop), again he still not listen , again i explained I'm not interested.
The Rep was quite rude asking , why is that? A few times, They Shouldn't not knock at the door this late when we try to relax from a hard day of working
Their door to door sales people knocked on my door at 7:30 in the evening waking up my 1 year old daughter I had just gotten off to sleep. It should be illegal to knock on peoples doors to try and sell things at this time. I will never buy anything from this company. Disgusting!

But the food was moderate, atmosphere great, the setting is also nice.
But eh?! A restaurant is all about food.
Such a shame it started so well.
The concept is great and the recipes and the food are superb.
But only three weeks in and it’s starting to really hack me off.
Week one - great we loved it.
Week two - my order was just cancelled out of the blue and the app wouldn’t let me order for another week. Customer service was belligerent and almost accused me of cancelling my own order. An apology would have been nice.
Week three - just got an email to say my order would come 8-7 even though I’m paying for a morning delivery.
Superb idea but logistics need a lot of work and customer service need to learn to take accountability
Not impressed at all! I received few emails from them confirming the delivery of my box but it didn't arrive. Then I sent an email regarding the no show delivery but I didn't receive any reply at all. I managed to finally found their customer service contact number and I was promised that I will be emailed to confirm of the refund of my money.....still no email from them!
Don't bother with this company. My food didn't arrive yesterday and the only way I could find to contact them was via email, I've still received no reply. There delivery company Yodel weren't interested either. A neighbour brought the parcel to me when they arrived home from work. I'd eaten and my parcel had been outside for hours. It had been delivered to number 15, I live at number 7. Why couldn't this be resolved immediately?
It is easy to cook, as all the ingredients are pre packed and measured so its a big time saver.
It is also nice not to have to think about what I am going to cook for dinner!
There are not too many vegetarian pasta dishes, which is normally a large portion of the menu when people don’t know what vegetarian or vegan food to offer so that is good.
Nutritionally it does not seem to have a huge variety week after week ( i have only used it for two weeks).
As a vegetarian who is aiming to be a Vegan I can be mistaken but I can’t see a Vegan section.
There are many meals with some type of ciabatta, tortilla (bread based) “filler”, where I would prefer brown rice or potato as it is not man made.
It was not clear from the website that the order [a one off attempt on my behalf for a holiday destination order] was weekly. I immediately cancelled the order. I was told my orders are 'on pause' .. I then saw that my account had been debited for the cancelled order that I told them about.
The money was taken was my account for non-receipt of goods! This is highly out of order. I am now demanding a full refund. Companies cannot take money for goods not received at least not reputable ones. Furious. I do not recommend this company or the poor response rate of customer services - especially if they owe you money. Take note.
This started off great- excellent quality food and great recipes.
It started going downhill- first with the courier not even knocking the door and throwing the food box down the wrong way up. Then we started having spillages and the odd missing herb or so. Then we noticed that the quality of the ingredients started to go downhill and nearly everything that was fresh was right on the turning bad point.
The recipe cards were missing two in a row and then main ingredients started to be missing.
We had been having Gusto for about 18 months every week four meals so we really did want this to sort itself out- shame.
Gusto offered me £3- I said thanks will be moving to Get Fresh or similar
We have used Gusto several times and great service until now. They changed their carrier and quite frankly both UKMAIL and Gusto have been terrible. Food delivered 24 hours late with not so fresh fish and meat. Decided not to accept delivery. All communications have been reactive. Considering the cost not good. Gusto change back to your original curriers. I will not be using you again.
A rep knocked at my mother in laws house and he refused to leave, when my husband asked him to stop hassling his mum the rep started arguing and acting like he was daring my husband to start something. So unprofessional and out of order
Good choices. A little expensive but overall excellent quality of food and easy to follow recipes
Amazing, changed our life.
We have now been customers for almost a year, recovering a box every week apart from when we are on holiday.
It means we eat different things and manage to cook real food around our busy working lives!

Parcel was left on the footpath! Instead at the reception as requested. Guess what, it was gone 6 hours later when I came home.
Never ever I use a company again which is using Yodel. Worst delivery company ever and Gusto lost me as a customer.
First of all they delivered my box (or should I say they threw my box) to my chosen delivery spot (as I was out) however it was my understanding that the box would not be left outside my house if it was raining (which it was... all day!) and that it would be left with a Neighboor. This was not the case, my box was left outside and was soaked through by the time I got home, the recipe cards were all wet and as it had been chucked over the gate; all of the liquids (sesame oil etc.) had broken and spilled all over the box contents. I got in touch with gusto about this and they offered me a free box as recompense which I accepted. I did not really want to use them again after that but thought I should give them a second chance. I went on the app today to find out that I was having a box delivered on Monday (which I didn't order and did not know was coming) I am not here so I rang gusto to get it cancelled, I was told that they had sent me numerous emails about my scheduled box (which I hadn't received, but they told me that the emails showed as read on their system and pretty much called me a liar) and that it couldn't be cancelled. I said I was away and that the box would literally sit there for a week outside and might attract animals! They literally offered me no help, not even to TRY to contact the delivery company to get it cancelled, so, so unhelpful...I will now have to take this up with the delivery company myself to get it cancelled. I Have now completely Unsubscribed from gusto and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Delivery via Yodel - need I say more
Started this, and it was all going well. Then Yodel started with their usual tricks, rude drivers and not even bothering to ring the door bell and just dumping the parcel on the doorstep.
Then we got our first non-delivery. The customer service from Gusto was shocking - They suggested that I, their customer, deal with the courier. I reminded Gusto that their problems with their courier were their problems, and not mine. besides, I'd already spoken to Yodel who told me the parcel would not be delivered.
I have to ask guesto many times for a refund and Gusto said I could only have a refund after they had completed their investigation. Even though Yodel had confirmed that I would not get the delivery.
Several phone calls and many email later they begrudgingly agreed to a refund, in 3 to 5 working days (I had to point out that from my current account I can transfer money which will be with the recipient within 2 hours, but they insisted it will take them 3 to 5 days to action). They also told me that the parcel would not be delivered.
Again, Yodel stepped in and tried to deliver my box of fresh, perishable goods that had to be delivered within 24hr over 48hr hours later.
Back on the phone to Gusto, who admitted this was not ideal (not ideal - I this point I think I may have his the roof). Gusto promised me that this would be looked into and not happen again.
Here we are two weeks later and guess what - no delivery, again. I have written confirmation from Yodel that my box will not be delivered today, which I have given to Gusto and I'm still arguing for a refund, which they don't seem to want to give me. Gusto are telling me that there is a delay on the delivery (but can't tell me if this delay is measured in hours, days, weeks or years).....
Stay away from Gusto - they don't want to fix your problems, but are happy to take your money
