I sent my documents to Guru about 8 …

I sent my documents to Guru about 8 months ago for translation to be submitted to USCIS. However, USCIS responded an RFE and didn't accept my birth certificate without further information. My attorney believes it could be because of lack of ink signed certificate. After leaving the review here, they contacted me and promised to refund the amount. USCIS does not provide any explanation about the deficiency from their point of view but I think it's fair the Gurutranslations is trying to fix it whichever way they can.
