Highly recommended
Up to date, data-based information about neuroplasticity, and how to retrain your brain from chronic disease patterns. Use of group support, and education through ZOOM. Access to group and individual coaching. Very upbeat and positive!
Recover from ME/CFS
The step by step recorded sessions and the live meetings helped me to recover from ME/CFS and get back to creating art and playing pickleball. The key is to believe that you can recover.
So profoundly helpful and powerful
The program helped me a lot with getting back on my feet inspite of long covid/ CFS/Me
The program helped me a lot with my condition (Long Covid Me/Cfs) - while doctors couldn't help me or made me even worse by trying different "treatments", I found hope and support in the approach that adresses the nervous system and that helped me to actually do something about my condition in small and easy steps. I'm still not all the way back to health, but I gained stability and strength and I can get through my days in a way more satisfying way. I like the tools that I am still, 2 years in, am using - not on a daily base as I used to the first 6 months, but when falling into a "dip" - and it helps me to find back to my strength way faster than by simply resting or pacing. To be honest, I do not like the "spreading-of-colour"- idea and some other things, but overall I am very glad I found this programm. Especially when I started it it was a game changer for me. A lot of it makes sense to me, e.g. the idea of neuroplasticity and the power of visualisation (which I knew from sports) or tools close to hypnotherapy or embodiment and neuroscience. I look at it as a capable support for me on my journey of getting back my health.
Why not 5 stars? I find it too expensive - not for the first sing up, but if you already know the program and would like to continue after a year.
SAVED MY LIFE
This is not a pill that cures you immediately, but with daily effort put towards this program, the results are incredible!!! I have Chronic Epstein Barr/mold exposure and suddenly debilitating insomnia, anxiety and brain fog hit a year ago. With two months of dedicated meditating and mind map work, my symptoms started to ease and now I can even just put my hand on my chest, close my eyes, and take a few breaths, and I'm immediately calmer. After a lifetime of being in fight or flight, this is probably the first time my nervous system is consistently in a parasympathetic state where it should be, enabling my immune system to work like it is supposed to.
I truly believe if every human took part in the Gupta program, we would have a healthy, peaceful world.
I feel back to my old self
I feel back to my old self. This program was life-changing. I have to thank my functional medicine doctor for referring me to the program.
The Gupta program is great to a point
The Gupta program is great at a "top down" approach to healing. I was able to get a lot out of it....but only until a certain point after which I stalled out. I then switched to a more comprehensive program (Primal Trust) and am much happier with what they offer. I also am very turned off by the Gupta Programs recent turn toward leaning heavily on AI - I think a personal connection is very important in working with chronic illness and this trend worries me. Check out Primal Trust - what you get in that program is SO much more than what is available in the Gupta program. It does cost more, but it is well worth it!
This is a complete scam with a fake…
This is a complete scam with a fake refund policy. You may or may not get better, I didn’t. Check out Dr Joe Dispenzas work, it’s basically next to free. Stay away from these chronic illness predators.
Absolutely hated this program
Absolutely hated this program. I had/have mold toxicity and needed to retrain my nervous system. The videos didn’t resonate with me and I’m not that severe in symptoms. So I made no progress and spent all that money. And although I considered renewing to give it another chance, I refuse to give them any more money. I think in the end the program gave me more stress than solved problems.
If you don’t like being talked down to, and you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg, find a different solution. A less greedy one.
GUPTA helped me recover 50% so far
GUPTA helped me recover 50% so far. I’ve been housebound for 3 years. I can cook and do some laundry now. I am no longer depressed and have tools to help me navigate life emotionally, mentally and physically. My doctor and counselor are very impressed.
Very happy with the program
I am somewhere between 50-70% recovered now, still doing the program, but I am already extremely satistfied with the program having started a 0.1% when my life felt like torture every day (severe CFS and multiple other conditions).
I'm still recovering every month and am sure I will recover fully.
I have modified the program to meet my needs with my own meditations, and a few additional things I have added. I also have a coach. However, ther is 0 chance I would have figured out how to recover on my own and 0 chance I would have had the evidence and motivation to keep it up even if I came to the same hypothesis. i needed the structure, guidance, testimonials, as well as the new additions like the Parts work (extremely helpful for me).
Ashok has worked tirelessly through the years, when this was not accepted basically at all to now when he produces real scientific studies on this and it's finally catching on in a big way.
I am so greatful for his program
I am so greatful for this program. There so much knowledge in this holistic program. And that has improved my health, not only physically but also mentally. And I am so greatful that I finally got to love myself more and more each day, and are able to accept the condition and my destiny. And there is also one more thing that is unique to this program and so helpful, and that is the daily meditation and the live brain retraining led by the coaches every single day!
I just love this program!

It’s changed my life in so many ways
I have been in this program for over three years. Not that I need to continue, but I want to. I had positive results within six months and continue to get better. Unfortunately, I deal with Lyme, mold and MCS. The program has taught me to trust the process and to continue practicing the self-care techniques that I am learning along the way.
I definitely experience dips, but they are short-lived. The blessing is this that I can look back and see how drastically my life has changed for the better. I think everyone should attend this program starting in high school. I believe people would be so much healthier if only they had these lifelong coping skills from early age.
Brain inflammation is a real thing and I’m learning that a lot of times, I could alter my state of well-being by just the way I think. PTSD is also real and if I didn’t have the tools to maintain my stress levels and reactions to life every day life situations, I don’t think I would be where I am today.
Learning from Ashok is easy and I think that’s because he truly cares. The benefits from this program is limitless.
If you’re looking at these reviews, it’s because you’re hurting or someone you know is. I am sorry and I hope you find the help you need. For me, this was a safe place and it is working.
A whole package to improve your health and wellbeing
The program gives a lot of tools and freedom to combine or adapt them to your wishers and needs. The webinars are really helpfull because Ashok gives you new ways to look at situations, your brain and life. Also, it is very helpfull and ampowering to hear and see other retrainers and to hear the same struggles as I have. I make steps and I am driven to go forward with the program and improve my way of living. Thank you Ashok!
The Gupta Program has been the central…
The Gupta Program has been the central part of my healing journey. It has given me the framework within which to structure my healing, recovery and re-worked life post illness. I also have used all the materials to help my nervous system actually heal. Gupta himself, the other trainers and the participants creates the community that helps me feel like recovery is less lonely. The program requires you dedicate your time and energy towards the components of the program and I am sure that is not for everyone. However it has been perfect for me - what I am learning here I will have with me for the rest of my life. In particular I have so much respect for the authenticity with which Gupta has built and runs this program - and the way the program allows us to develop our own authenticity.
Does more harm than good
The Gupta Programme did not work for me. I spent 5 months doing on average 3 and a half hours of the programme every day including morning meditations, the morning “hour of power” (which took me much longer than an hour due to pacing and physical weakness/fatigue, etc), regular stretches/yoga exercises, the daily guptacise, the seven step exercise (5 rounds per day), and would even listen to meditations in bed at night. I experienced no improvement. In some cases, my symptoms have worsened over the five months (particularly cognitive problems, migraines, and dizziness).
I have ME and Long COVID. I have been experiencing both since October 2022, they have completely altered my body, mind, and every aspect of my life - I've been unable to work, socialise, at times been bed bound for days at a time. I have tried every supplement recommended for these conditions (from melatonin to Vitamin B, magnesium, and many in-between); I've tried vagus nerve exercises (small benefits); I've tried herbal remedies (some benefit from 600mg of Ashwanganda after 3 months); meditation; therapy; hypnotherapy; cold water therapy; group therapy; diet programmes; and most recently the Gupta Programme.
Whilst the programme is clearly designed and very marketable and whilst the daily guptacise -when they are live and not recordings - are nice and positive experiences, most of these are recordings i.e. this is predominantly an interactive but nonetheless off-the-peg series of videos and audio files you are paying for. There is a money back guarantee with The Gupta Programme which appears to be a false claim as I contacted the programme with my complaints and have had no response. I am not the only one - other people before me had taken to the message boards and comment sections in desperation after they had not been helped. But you cannot see any of this criticism and dissatisfaction from the outside - you have to pass the pay wall before you start to encounter reality.
Having taken some time away from the programme, I am realising that Ashok Gupta's claim that “Your Brain Can Heal Your Body” is not only wrong but ableist. The claim plays into an ongoing narrative that invisible illnesses, despite having real physical and physiological mechanisms, are curable by thoughts.
By “ableist” I mean the Gupta Programme is part of (though packaged as warm, friendly and inclusive) the systemic discrimination and prejudice against people with disabilities. Ableism often involves the belief that disability is something to be "fixed" or "cured," and that people with disabilities are inherently less capable or valuable.
The claim "Your brain can heal your body" is used to:
* Minimize the impact of chronic illness and disability: It suggests that if someone isn't "healed," it's due to a lack of willpower, commitment, or a "negative mindset." This ignores the complex interplay of biological, environmental, and social factors that contribute to health.
* Promote harmful "mind over matter" approaches: This can put immense pressure on individuals with disabilities to "think their way better," leading to guilt, shame, and further mental health struggles.
* Shift blame from systemic issues to individual responsibility: It deflects attention from the need for accessible healthcare, social support systems, and the removal of systemic barriers that people with disabilities face.
It also diverts people's attention from the need for physical interventions and investigations.
I learnt, after finding the programme was both not working and costing me my life in terms of the time and energy I was putting into it, that Ashok Gupta does not even have a medical degree. He regularly refers to his time at university but his degrees are in economics and development studies, not medicine or healthcare. How do these degrees qualify him to teach “healing” to the chronically ill and disabled?
This is a very slick, well presented scam which sells hope to people when they are at their most vulnerable and most desperate i.e. experiencing the life altering and devastating impacts of chronic illness and disability. To make profit of us is, in my opinion, despicable and morally abhorrent.

The Gupta Program offers hope to ME/CFS patients
The program is one of the few offering concrete training for ME/CFS recovery, as well as a thorough description of the processes behind the illness as well as the work to overcome it. There is a myriad of useful information, multiple exercises and meditations and Ashok's explanations are very supportive and talk about doing what works for one rather than being pedantic about how to do the work. It takes dedication on the part of the re-trainer, but it took years for most people to become ill, so it's logical that the solution also requires time and focus. I'm grateful to have this help - nothing else has ever been offered that was consequential or meaningful.

Grant yourself the gift of living your life with more fulfillment
I have been a participant in the Gupta Program since September 2024. What I am learning and comprehending in their brain retraining program has been a phenomenal game-changer. My overall health and well-being have improved immensely. My stress level is lessening with each passing day through the loving and caring environment of support the Gupta Program offers.

I could not imagine my life without the Gupta Program
My functional doctor recommended the Gupta Program to me as part of a protocol to treat long covid/hashimotos/chronic pain. I was so exhausted and worn out from my low quality of life that I was honestly wondering how long more I could keep going. My anxiety was through the roof and my sleep was terrible. I was hypervigilant and, well, f**king miserable most of the time. Having completed the first webinar series, and I am still not fully through the parts work, I can honestly say this program is saving my life. I feel clearer, more focused and am beginning ti get a sense of who I am for the first time in my life. HOWEVER....doing this program (if you show up daily and engage fully, as much as you can) will uncover things you may not wish to see, unhealthy patterns and BS in your life. I have had to call BS on some very unhealthy patterns but have the courage to do so and to stand in my truth.
Ashok is so accessible. The fact that he himself shows up for every single live webinar weekly is amazing and you can chat with him one to one. His use of puppets makes the whole thing easy to relate to and the fact that he has us all singing karoke together at the end of each session speaks, or sings volumes. Of all the things I've done, exclusion diets, taking endless expensive supplements, therapy, this program ticks every box. It is a bargain. Ashok is a legend, the real deal and I am blessed to have found this community :)

The Gupta Program Will Change Your Life
I joined the Gupta Program to help me recover from mould illness and MCAS as it was very clear that The NHS is not equipped to help people recover from chronic health conditions. The Program has been life changing for me but not in the ways I expected. Not only have I recovered 90% but the wide choice of tools within The Program have empowered me to become aware of why I became ill in the first place and really understand who I am and the person I really want to be. You go at your own pace with this programme. There is no pressure at all.
The Gupta Program is a holistic healing programme but is essentially all about healthy habit formation. The weekly webinars are absolutely brilliant, I look forward to them every week. It's so reassuring and comforting to hear about other people experiencing the same weird and wonderful symptoms as me and nobody looking at me as if I have two heads. Ashok is so knowledgeable about chronic health conditions.
I feel so blessed to belong to a wonderful and loving healing family and there is always someone to connect with via the Gupta Facebook community.
IF YOU ARE CHRONICALLY ILL AND NOBODY CAN HELP YOU, DO NOT DELAY, DO THE GUPTA PROGRAM NOW!!
