Good customer service and quick error correction
I ordered several kits which, as with previous purchases, came quickly and were sold at reasonable prices. However, when I opened the package, one had been accidentally switched out for a different item that wasn't in my order. When I called their contact number, they were fast to confirm the mistake and immediately sent out the correct model at no extra charge to me, with it arriving quickly afterwards.

Scam. I would have show screenshot here if I could, but I can't. I received email from them with coupon code for first time order 5% off. At the check out, on my order was £190, after applied code was only £5.54 off, no where near 5% off. Rip off.
