I have had a wonderful experience with GunMagWarehouse, and their customer service department.
My first order of ammo had been delayed at a UPS warehouse, showing delays for several days. I reached out to GMW, and Mike immediately took ownership of the situation, even though it was the shipping company that was at fault. Mike kept me informed of his progress, and resolved the issue above my satisfaction. I highly recommend GunMagWarehouse, and appreciate Mike's handling of my order.

Frequent customer of Gun Mag Warehouse. On a recent order I had a problem with threaded barrel not fitting. Customer service helped diagnose the problem. Wound up returning the part and ordering a different brand from Gun Mag Warehouse that fit better. Excellent customer service. Have found them to have great selection of products and good prices.

Great costumer service
Great costumer service. Had issue with my mail service and order got sent back to GunMag Warehouse. Contacted GunMag and asked if the could hold my order until I fixed delivery issues and they did issues were fixed and few days later got my delivers. Very good service and will def use again.

Issue Resolved Finally!
Ordered an CMMG Bravo .22lr AR-15 conversion kit with 3 25rd magazines. At the time, there were only two options - that one, and one with 3 10rd mags. When it arrived, there was only the BCG and no mags. Sent email and was told I'd ordered a different SKU that was for the BCG only. I explained that wasn't even an option, and when they checked, there was a mistake on their website. At first, they were difficult to deal with - had to talk to four different people over the course of 45 minutes - but eventually the problem was resolved amicably. If you run into a similar problem, ask for Jeff!
