Great Customer Service!
I had a challenge with the post office and a shipment from GunMag Warehouse. When I reached out to them, they were very helpful and were on it right away. They explained to me what happened from their perspective and what options I had to move forward. I asked them to reship my order that got returned incorrectly. They did, and they reached out to the USPS to open an investigation. When they found out what happened, they refunded me my shipping fee.
I love this place
I love this place. I have ordered several items from them and have been extremely happy. They provide excellent and friendly customer service! I received a product with a manufacturer defect and GumMag without hesitation resolved the issue by getting me a replacement. I highly recommend them and I know will continue to do business with them. Thank you

Problem Solved
I placed an order for four (4) magazines. The order was received and shipped. However something happened with the order causing it not to reach me. I contacted Gun Mag to find out what actually happened. The problem occurred on my end and not as a result of anything that Gun Mag did. I spoke with Evan at Gun Mag and received critical instructions on how to resolve the issue. After i’d completed every thing that I was tasked to do Evan then sent me an email stating that Gun Mag would resend the order at no additional charge. I believe Evan and Gun Mag handled their customer service in an excellent manner. They are now my first choice for everything magazines.

Bottom line. Don't take my money until you're ready to ship my order and advise the customer that you are experiencing shipping delays. Standard procedure from companies that do business the right way.

Cant say enough good things about this company. Great prices on products, and when the postal service didnt deliver they opened an inquiry for me and the product was delivered promptly. They have my business from here on out for my magazine needs.

Two mags across the country
Ordered two mags and waited the allotted time for shipping. Checked tracking and noticed it went to my city then to a city across the country. Then my package evaporated. I contacted gunmagwarehouse and received a response from Mike immediately. I followed what Mike asked he contacted the shipper and received information from them and then we waited. Mike , after about a week , sent me my order at no charge , it arrived on time and in great shape.
I appreciate all the effort Mike went through. Thank you guys.

If you are tax exempt on ammo stay away
I've placed several orders with them but this time I ordered some ammo (1005984846) from them. I found out that I was charged sales tax on the ammo and shouldn't have been. WV is a no tax on guns and ammunition state. I called in a spoke to Gary who was pleasant who stated their system is not set up to adjust the tax automatically. I was told I would have to call back the next day to get a credit for the tax. I was already on this call about 13 minutes and didn't feel like spending another 15 minutes to fight for the tax so I cancelled the order
If you live in a tax free state I would recommend steering clear unless you want to spend extra time trying to get your money back for something they shouldn't have charged you for anyway.

Within a few days, I was given the choice to re-order or refund. Very impressed given what customer service can be like these days! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

This is a terrible website and i would not recommend it. I used it one time and that was my first and last. I ordered an extended magazine that said holds 31 rounds andwhat i received was one that holds less rounds. I know some mags will show 29 but really hold 31, usually its 2 more rounds but the magazine is even defective and you cant load more than 20 rounds in it. Once again, i am familiar with new mags being tight, but that usually means that last few rounds will not fit but NOT 11 rounds. I believe it may just be a defective mag. In any case their customer service is terrible. I just gave mag away to family member and im looking for a new place online to purchase this kind of gear. I made them aware when i first made the purchase that i had a lot of business to throw their way but im placing small order to test the company, and the results are exactly why i do this very thing. They obviously dont care about doing business in future because if they did, then they would have ensured they didnt screw up the very first order. Fortunately there are tons of sites online to chose, so im looking for a reliable one now. I would suggest NOT making a purchase from this site, it was not a good experience. I always say, if you realy want to know how good or bad a company is, see how they handle problems, dont rate them when things are normal, wait until a problem, and see how they handle it. They failed on counts!

Great customer service. Mike was great to deal with and kept me constantly updated on a shipping issue that was not from their wrong doing. They went above and beyond to resolve this issue. Will definitely do business with Gunmag warehouse again in the future
Magazines are dysfunctional
Magazines are dysfunctional , at 4 cartridges the follower nose dives in the Mag . At that point it will accept no more cartridges nor will it push Up the existing cartridges .
I have contacted them twice to get an RMA or Refund without Any Response !

Ordered two 10 round mags for my LC9 which were unfortunately lost by USPS in Sacramento (friggin feds) but Mike at GunMag Warehouse was able to help me out by submitting the claim to USPS and resending the mags within a few days! Amazing customer service! Will definitely buy more from them.
