Weather conditions made company look like a scam

I ordered 2 mags on 2/05/21. The company took the money off my credit card, but I still haven't received the mags. When I try to log in to the website to check on my order status, it says I can't log in because my Recaptcha reputation is too low (what the hell does that mean?!?). I've emailed the company several times but get the same canned response. I'm about ready to call and ask for a refund.

******UPDATE******

Gunmags.com contacted me on 03/01/2021 and apologized for not processing my order. The company (based in Dallas, TX) experienced numerous difficulties due to the harsh weather conditions and power failures in the state. Gunmags.com processed my order the same day and I received the products via FedEx 3 days later.
